I’m a builder and we had an urgent request for cladding for one of our builds and the guys at Insulation Shop bent over backwards to help get all materials to our site in super quick time.. highly recommend

I was caught short on a job having under-ordered some key items after wasting an hour trying to source it at builders merchants before closing time.

I am reluctant to order online due to previous experiences with other providers suffering longer lead times than expected and items listed as in stock when they aren't.

After speaking with Adam, he filled me with confidence that they had the items in stock and if the courier had capacity, could get them over to me by midday next day.

Having confirmed with the courier and paying the Invoice, the items were delivered before the rendering team even turned up to start work.

I had even considered driving 2 hrs round trip plus fuel just to keep the job going and pick up the items.

Worth every penny.

Excellent service. I was caught out short of a particular ceiling plasterboard and after spending 2 hours on the internet and phone I was unable to find the board anywhere. Insulation Shop came to the rescue, they sourced the board and delivered. Since I was desperate I asked for the quickest delivery ever and Insulation Shop, again, came to the rescue and delivered the boards even earlier than originally anticipated. Very impressed with the service and thank you Insulation Shop!

I did place an order for some screws. There was a problem with the courier, but a guy named Adam did everything possible to sort out the issue. As I said to him, people which try to solve you problem as part of their customer service are extremely valuable. Hope I can deal with people like Adam more often.

Insulation shop really came to the rescue with our project! They were extremely helpful and were delightful to deal with. The company hit a delay when their forklift broke down on the day of delivery but Simon managed to send it the next day. Efficient and rapid responses to email and telephone calls.

Police? you have prove that is fraud? from my side i can report police as wrongly accused , you fist can ask for billing address by email instead of accusing me fraud, let see where it takes us u know address u can send police am waiting but if no charges i will be opening case again you, will start from posting this on Trustpilot

so you said police doing investigating the case so why you need address ? order suspended as fraud next step will do police, i waiting police and will give to police all information

Dear Vytautas,
Following your emails we spoke to elavon and they said the transaction is fraudulent, the card details from the order don't match, the card has been issued in Canada. You did not provided any proof that it's your card.
The delivery address is the same as on the past order, where the transaction was fraudulent as well. The money has been refunded and the order cancelled.
Please delete this harmful review.

yes its Canada credit card but how do i put Canada billing address when u dont have option to put other country billing, but instead to contact me on email to provide it u accuse me doing fraud , if any buy with other country credit card u accuse of fraud and report police? u dont have option tu put other country only UK

Simon went out of his way to ensure we could get hold of a product on a very tight timeline as a 1st time customer! He made several calls back and forwards between us and suppliers and this made a huge difference to ensure we didn't run into delays on site. Much appreciated and will use again

Friendly staff and willing to help! I unfortunately ordered the incorrect colour. Beware of the restocking fees (35% but most probably typical) if you are sending items back. 2xcedral cladding boards were not refunded due to scratches on them once returned. Strange... as the boards where never moved, nor totally unwrapped. My advice to anyone returning items: unpack totally once received and if returns are needed then photograph each board on both sides. I needed more boards so I have ordered an additional 20 boards from another supplier.
