Good company to deal with. Consolidated the order and supplied at reasonable cost (not cheapest but fair). The first offer I accepted fell through and then I was assisted to find another who did a fab job delivering with the driver in full PPE and expert with the HIAB

I can not fault these guys, I had to change the delivery date which was not a problem and then the supplier sorted a different lorry as no one but the wife was available to take the delivery. The delivery driver was fantastic.

I’ve used BuyMaterials team quite a bit over the last year or so. I have found there commitment to delivering a services with very high standards of customer service and focus very refreshing. They always go the extra mile and are always on hand to problem solve urgent material requirements.

I would recommend their service above all of the usual suspects in the game.

First class service from Stew on a large new build project throughout 2025, must have ended up using BuyMaterials about 20 times for bulk materials mostly, saved a lot of money and a lot of time. Stew replied within minutes and I had quotes extremely quickly. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely use again on our next project of 4 new builds later on this year.

Sometimes ok, but don’t like it that lower value orders are ignored.
Put a minimum order amount on instead.
Admin fee plus delivery plus this plus that.
