I have to say for the first time i have ordered from this company they have been on the ball, they advised, commumicated and assisted me to, this was because my customer was confused what had arrivwd in my absence, i spoke to Adam and all was sorted, responce time to any questiom has been speedy and positve, will definately use again.

Delivered what they said they could, when they siad they would. For a builder on a tight timline. That is the best you can get.

Adam is a very polite and really taking care for the customer and deliver what’s he says.

I placed an order a week last Thursday and got told the order will be with me the following Wednesday. This being the only place that deals in the type and size of product I wanted I had to pay £75 delivery charge. The following Thursday I had no delivery and chased this with the Customer Service man, to then get a phone call back to say it wont be with me until Monday the following week. This delayed the whole job and the customer really wasn't happy!
As compensation I have since had a call to say they will reimburse me the total cost of the transport. This is an acceptable level of compensation.
