Purchased a Brother MFC-3745 plus additional toner cartridges, which turned out to be the right advice because it is both economical and long-term. Delivery was on the following day, Sam's Plan A (the day after would be Plan B). I don't think you'll get better service than this in Oz at present.

I placed an order for some ink on line. It was a simple operation. Received the delivery a few days later and found the wrong numbers, I ordered LC37 but received LC73.

Wow!!!.... what can I say!! I called InkMasters late Thursday after 4.15pm. Spoke to a young man, named Sam who was polite and and asked how he could help me. He also claimed, he was on his own. Told him I need 2 HP Cartridges (Black & Colour).He immediately told me he has them in stock and gave me the price for both the Cartridges which was the cheapest in Melb. I asked, if he could deliver it the next day, he was honest and said his courier has just left for the day and will try to do his best for us. That same day, we were going out about 6pm, I opened the front door and to our surprise, there were our 2 Cartridges which we ordered. WHAT A 5 STAR SERVICE! We couldn't believe our eyes and thought, "SAM YOU ARE A LIVING LEGEND" Thank you Sam!!!! Your service was extraordinary!!! We greatly appreciate your excellent Customer Service & Superfast Delivery. I highly recommend InkMasters to anyone who's looking for Exceptional Customer Service, Great Product & Awesome Price. Awesome 5 Star Rating from us. Very poor service. I ordered 2 ink cartridges 11 days ago and still do not have them. The tracking information ceased giving updates after 3 days so I do not know where my purchase is. It is not as if Hobart is a long way from Melbourne. An email enquiry has to date received no response. Frustrating.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received in the past and the present.

I ordered 4 cartridges of ink, I had a problem with delivery. However, I has able to speak to a person straight away and the issue was fixed same day. The service was second to none. I will now purchase my ink from Inkmasters Dandenong Victoria.

InkMasters started selling PPE gear due to Covid.
I ordered and paid for 10 x boxes of nitrile gloves from Inkmasters on Catch.com.au.
Inkmasters only delivered 1 box and advised the other 9 boxes will not be dispatched due to some error in advertising the goods for sale.
Not good enough, as I wanted what I paid for....10 boxes of nitrile gloves.
Inkmasters only resolve was for me to return the 1 box they delivered for a refund which was not good enough as I paid for 10 boxes.

This for this most part was good but what I don't appreciate at all is that show has fake information and paints a horrible picture over the confederate flag. That is not flag of hate or racism its battle flag and the flag of the south so your saying everyone from the south is racist and filled with hate right. The episode of hate tattoos needs to be taken down due to false information. This is what's wrong with our world people don't know there history and that's what tattoos are about history and you pieces of trash are trying to destroy it.

Ink masters is highly recommended for all your toners and copiers with the best service and prices in the whole Australia, you don't need to believe it just contact SAM in he will look after you WOW.. Sam you're the best..

just bought 2 sets of genuine toner for my xerox cm405 and i paid approximately $700 less than what i paid for it last time at office works, and it arrived to me next day.

I called them as i couldn't find my Toner online, the staff are very helpful and also made me laugh, and goods were delivered next morning to our office, i will defiantly be back.
