Recieved a second hand scratched up…
Recieved a second hand scratched up waste toner bottle. I paid for a brand new genuine product and the supplier tried to tell me that all the waste toner bottles are scratched up and this is how fuji zerox sends them. I have bought many fuji zerox waste toner bottles before and non were in this state. I am requesting a refund. If they have any business morals they will issue a refund. I will never purchase from this business again. Having ordered numerous water toner bottles in the past from other suppliers & the waste toner bottle currently in my printer have no scratches or scuff marks like the genuine one purchased from here.

Hi Donna, as discussed over the phone and after examining your photos this is a brand new waste bottle the cotton is pure and clean and included in the box was the instructions, this is a new model and maybe you haven't purchased waste bottles before for this particular model i have also spent the time and checked several other waste bottle on the shelf and they ALL have some scratches on the bottom. and really come on its a waste bottle!!!

Terribly disappointed with the overall…
Terribly disappointed with the overall result. We ordered a new Brother MFC printer from you because your website stated that this particular model was 'in stock'.
We paid an extra $55.00 to have it shipped within 2 working days.
And then 6 working days later, with no printer delivered, you inform me that it wasn't in stock.
You say that you tried to contact me on my mobile phone, but because I didn't answer, you took no further action!
You could have either left a message informing me of the 'out of stock' situation or sent me a text message with the same information.
Like I said, I'm terribly disappointed with your efforts and could not recommend your company to any of my working associates.

Over charged on credit card
Great service to get the product, but when an issue with the pricing was raised, they don't want to know me, won't reply to emails etc. I was over charged on the price of my toner cartridge and neither the director or accounts will respond to me.

Stay away
Ordered a printer through Amazon from these guys, received a call saying they were about to send the printer and were upselling additional toner cartridges. The day before the printer was supposed to arrive I requested a tracking number, no response. Several days after that I called them to find out where the printer and toners were, not sent and the printer was also not sent even though it was marked at sent.
They’ve informed me they didn’t have a printer and would be a further week delay. No response as to why they’ve stated they’ve sent the printer when they hadn’t.
According to Amazon they deliver about 60% of their orders, wish I had read that before placing my order.

Customer service is amazing - my order was delivered quickly and, when there was an error with the product supplied, this was resolved really quickly within a couple of hours the correct product was at my office. I highly recommend InkMasters and will be a repeat customer for sure!
