APALLING AFTER SALES SERVICE. Was very happy with Sam (Director/Sales) initial service but when the order had not arrived after 2 weeks - After I was told 3-4 days delivery - I wanted a refund as I had to find another toner urgently but was told by Sam : " You just want to kick up a fuss" and that he " is not in the mood to deal with this" I was given the couriers details no to track the delivery myself - end of story. SHOCKING BUSINESS ETHIC.

Order placed on 12 October STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED so much for fast delivery when will it arrive = ORDER ID 18225

We ordered our cartridges in August - it is now November and we still don’t have them. For some reason the package was returned to inkmasters due to insufficient details of address (very strange as we have things posted to our address every day). We provided the very same address in September and it was posted out again. At this point it was delivered a month later to a completely different address 50km away. The owner of this company must have looked up the ABN of the company we have ordered this under and addressed it here, rather than the address we provided. At no point has he taken any responsibility for this or let us know why he would address it here rather than to the address we provided. No one is at this address for months at a time and we have to wait somehow to get the cartridges we desperately needed a long time ago. Just some acknowledgment of having sent it to the wrong address would have gone a long way, but no such luck. We wanted to support a local business and tried to be patient and understanding, but after no responsibility being taken, It wasn’t worth bothering - go to officeworks!!

I purchased disposable masks on Friday morning and paid the $39 same day delivery. Masked arrived late Monday afternoon and I needed them Monday morning as kids started school. I emailed them Friday evening and sent an online enquire but nobody replied back. I call the 1300 number but went straight to voicemail. I sent another message Monday morning and left my name and mobile no but still nobody contacted me. So I paid $39 delivery and it took 4 days to get here, don’t use there same day service they take your money and don’t deliver.

I’ve emailed you today my tax invoice with my purchases and expensive delivery charges, happily awaiting your response.

Update, Sam from ink masters replied back, apologised and refunded $25 out of the $39 delivery charges.

IF you are looking for quilty and service inkmaster is the place.
Last week iv ordered tuners from Inkmaster and I'm very happy with it.

Do not believe their claim of next day delivery! I ordered online Wed night and am now being told (on Friday) that I can expect delivery Monday!! Refused to refund my money as the item apparently already picked up, but the delivery still to be delayed until Monday! Furious!!

They advertise next day delivery but don't have any terms or conditions specified that it is only for Melbourne metro, yet advertise they have 4 capital city locations.
It took 8 days and shipped to Perth from Melbourne. That was never going to be 2 days shipping.
I appreciate your offer to make amends and provide a replacement product. I wish this was the solution when I first enquired.

Much appreciated, honest communication on supply constraints of goods during ordering, then accurate estimation of the expected delivery time and prompt follow through on delivery as promised. Will reorder.

Advertise free delivery over $55 on ink orders but charge delivery irrespective. Be careful as to what else they may do to scam you

This was my first time getting a digital T-Shirt print. The quality was sensational, turn around time really fast. The t-shirt material is high quality. I needed the t-shirt for an event in a few days and the business delivered for me. I live local and the after-hours pick-up helped me meet my deadline. Thanks so much.

This order is really important to my family because we have covid people who's isolated and it's really really helpful.

Always find what I need....I don't even need to shop around as I know the prices and quality is great...have used Inkmasters for technical and mechanical work on my Photocopier and their technicians are highly skilled....I highly recommend
