Would NEVER use this business again. I ordered ink for my wide format Epson. I called to ensure it was in stock. They checked and said it was 100%. I paid. Checked emailed invoice 2 days later. My order was being sent to the other side of Australia. I called to ask why. They then said item was out of stock "all of a sudden". Im still waiting on refund. I called again to talk about the issue. Staff stated when they are out of stock they say its in stock then source it from somewhere else. But could not find stock this time for the product i ordered. I realised the same thing happened months ago with another person from my business. Took the order and money and said item was in stock. Called a few days later to say item was out of stock. I will never use this company again.

I highly recommend Inkmasters. Although the printer I wanted was no longer in stock Sam arranged an alternative for me which was better than the original. Service was prompt and courteous and delivery was next day to regional Vic. You couldn't do better that that.

Helpful customer service member ensured we ordered the correct replacements and the delivery was tracked and updated to us right up to receipt.

So easy to find the product I wanted. Super quick delivery. The checkout process was a little confusing because I could only choose paypal even though I wanted to use a credit card. I noted the text that said I didn't have to use a paypal account but it would be clearer to have credit card as a separate option.
