Beautiful ring, exactly as what's shown on the website. Brilliant presentation box with a light to showcase the gems. Elize has been helpful regarding adjustments we wanted, even allowing us to keep the original ring until the new one arrived (which the fiancé was pleased about) :)

Found this website for an engagement ring and Elize was absolutely brilliant helping me get it just right.

The box is absolutely brilliant that it comes in for no extra cost and the ring was perfect. Elize coukdbt have been more helpful and really glad I came across this website and checked the reviews here, so only fair I give back with my own review.

Wow - blown away! My partner got my engagement ring from here in June/July and I immediately fell in love with it, the style was beautiful and the quality was amazing, unfortunately the ring has a slight fault which meant the stone was slightly loose, Elzie and her team got straight on the issue and fixed it promptly. We wanted to get our wedding bands from the same place and I'm so glad we did, Elzie helped me achieve the 'perfect ring' I had always dreamed of to fit my existing engagement ring as a bespoke order, created cad drawings so I could see which of the ideas I had would fit best, as well as creating cad drawings for my soon to be husband's band too, all the while keeping me up to date via WhatsApp and answering any questions I had! We've now received the rings (in the most gorgeous packaging may I add) and I honestly couldn't be happier we chose infinity diamonds, the quality, the team, the customer experience - 10/10! Not got to worry about finding our rings last minute and settle for something on the high street for double the price, thank you for listening, taking the time create our perfect bands and overall being fab!

Was dubious about the company as I couldn't find much about them online but took the chance. Item received quicker than expected. The box was beautiful and the jewellery as described. Didnt get a shipping notification as advised though so more communication would have been ideal so I knew it was on it's way

An amazing ring that my partner adores, but I was slightly too ambitious with the stone size and we would like to change to a smaller stone. The sales team have been prompt and kind, happy to replace the ring to my partner's preference. Thanks so much!

My rings have arrived and they are stunning! I was aware of the delay upon ordering as my choices were a made to order item. Elize came back to me within 24hours with an estimated date and confirmation of delivery arrived this week.

Recieved my rings very quickly, within two weeks of order. Packaged in a beautiful box, very happy with the service.

Do not hesitate, I purchased a ring which I kept looking at and dismissing. I finally purchased last week, which arrived today and I am not disappointed. The ring is startling, the picture doesn't do it justice.

27/01/23 - I placed an order for a ring before Christmas, but I needed it the following week. Elize delivered it to me in a timely manner despite the fact that there were bank holidays, for which I am greatly thankful. Unfortunately though, I'd ordered the wrong size, so I emailed customer service to request an exchange. The team responded that it was possible (this email was received on 6th January). Since then, I've been attempting to follow up with them to find out how I can return the ring. I've sent four emails in the hopes of receiving a response, but it's been three weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone. My initial impressions of my experience were positive, I just hope they can resolve this issue soon so that it stays this way.

Elize has got back to me today and has confirmed that the correct ring size is going to be posted out. I will update the review again once I've received my order.

Customer services have apologised for the delay and have also sent me a pair of earrings as a kind gesture. I have also received my new ring too, I appreciate the speedy response.

I received my ring today and it is stunning. I’m over the moon and can’t stop looking at it. Highly recommended!

The jewellery is absolutely stunning. I lost my necklace so I reordered the same to replace the one I loved so much, although I had to wait for delivery after sending an email to chase it up the issue was resolved straight away.
