Amazing customer service and rings
I have bought both my engagement ring and wedding band from them, and at first I was quite anxious and emailed Elize 100.000 times with silly questions, I cannot recommend them enough.
She is always there, answering any question as silly as you might think it is, and such a nice caring person, once she heard how soon the wedding is she tried her best to help us.
The rings are absolutely perfect and I receive a lot of positive comments around the craftsmanship.
I will return always with a opened heart to buy from them.
Please be aware to order in time as some items are made to order and not stock so you can avoid disappointment , but Elize will always advise you on ETA.

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Emailed sales and Elize responded straight away and shipped out the correct size on a next day delivery.

Infinity Diamond Jewellery has a great team, I believe they are family jewellers and they are truly awesome! I was a bit hesitant ordering expensive items online at first but I'm glad I did! I love their moissanite jewellery, I've got couple of pieces from them by now and if we'd ever think about my engagement diamond ring upgrade, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them as they now also do lab-diamonds. They are a busy team so sometimes there are delays but Elize always followed up and even resolved an issue with my rings as a part of warranty. All in all I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot emphasise enough how well this company looks after its customers. I had an issue with a knecklace that I had bought for my girlfriend, and Elize responded to my issue within an hour. She agreed to replace the damaged item and refunded the purchase price. Great customer service, and would definitely buy from here again.

The ring is gorgeous. I did not expect it to come until another week or so as it states on the website. It comes in 3 to 4 weeks but it came into and a half weeks. The packaging is splendid and the diamond ring itself looks amazing. Came with all the authentication documents nicely packed inside the box. Very pleased with the ring!

Outstanding customer service and support.
I originally ordered the wrong size ring (my fault), Elize sent me out a ring sizer immediately so I could measure the correct size.
Once I had the correct size Elize put an order in to make a new ring in the correct size before I had even sent the incorrect one back.
When the correct one arrives unfortunately the box was not lighting up. Again Elize sorted this and shipped a new box to me with spare batteries!!!
Cannot fault the service I received by infinitydiamondjewellery.com and especially Elize.
Would definitely use this company again in the future due to the efficient handling of my issues.

Elize was superb to deal with. I originally chose a full diamond eternity ring which unfortunately when arrived didn’t suit my own engagement and eternity ring. I had sent Elize photos by way of explanation and she was happy for me to return the ring. Not only that, she went away and got CAD drawings of a different style of ring with my own rings so I could see how they would look together. That was only 2 weeks ago and I am sitting with my brand new beautiful platinum diamond ring on my finger today. I cannot recommend Elize or IDJ enough and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to friends and family.

Amazing company. I got my engagement ring from here, had a few problems with it and Elize could not have been more accommodating! The customer service is sooo good! The ring itself is beautiful and I get compliments daily.

Fantastic service - my partner bought my engagement ring from here (which is just beautiful) so I thought why not get my wedding band from here too! It is perfect, however after a winter of hearty food my wedding band was a little tight when I tried both on together. I emailed Elize (I get married next month so I was worried about it being too close) and she couldn't have been more helpful!! I sent my ring off on the Tuesday to be re-sized & it was sent back on the Friday! Amazing service & in future when the time comes I will be purchasing my eternity ring from here. The quality of the products they sell is second to none. The ring still sparkles everyday with little cleaning over the past 18 months. Each item comes with a report on the gem/diamond with details about it and its valuation.

I spotted infinity diamond jewellery as the only company that produces Moissanite rings in white gold.
I did lots of research as I was very dubious.. I checked scamadviser.com and trust pilot and all seemed very positive. My engagement ring was ordered and we awaited a tracking number which was never received. However 2 weeks after purchasing, a parcel arrived via Royal Mail (tracked), by IDJ. When I opened the the boxes and got to the final box I was totally blown away. The ring is absolutely stunning. The presentation boxes are so unique with a little light in the ring box which lights up when opened which made the whole opening so very magical.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I will most definitely be ordering our wedding rings from here. Don’t be put off by lack of historical trading details or not being on companies house. There ARE genuine.

The earrings are so beautiful and they look just as they are on the website. Elize was very helpful when I queried about my order and I received the earrings the next day. Will definitely be back again!

I ordered a engagement ring from infinity diamond jewellery on 13th April 2023. At the time it said the ring would be ready in 3-4 weeks. I had a plan to ask my girlfriend to marry me on the weekend of 22nd April 2023. I spoke to Elize about my situation and she was more than happy to help, and I had the ring delivered on the 22nd. It came in a beautiful lit up box.

Quality:
The ring is stunning, the craftsmanship is flawless and the sparkle is incredible.

Conclusion:
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an engagement ring, the process is quick and smooth, and I can’t thank Elize and her team enough.
