My husband bought me a bracelet from infinity diamond as a wedding gift and despite some unavoidable delays in its postage owing to the Royal Mail Strikes over Christmas and some sizing issues, Elize was committed to resolving our initial dissatisfaction. I have now received my order and it is absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier. It’s dazzling and sparkly and everything I hoped for. Infinity Diamonds are a small family business and therefore anyone ordering needs to be mindful of this in respect of deliveries and service. Their reputation and customer experience is critical for them and should there be any issues with your order, I can say with total confidence this will
be resolved, so believe that and be patient. Elize thank you for all your help and assistance and most importantly thank you Infinity Diamonds for my stunning bracelet. I also separately purchased some diamond stud earrings from you which I was equally delighted with and finished my wedding perfectly.

Although in the beginning I faced response and delivery time issues.
Probably because of Christmas.

Any ways the earnings I bought are just perfect and exactly same as I expected will buy again.

Had a problem with delivery I ordered a necklace so because of the delay they sent me earrings and bracelet to match I most certainly order from this company again

Very good to work with I had to send a order back for a replacement I got the wrong size and and was very easy to do so by idj will be buying off them again

I was quite scared after reading the reviews that I had purchased from a scam website.
I then decided to send a email to the contact address even though previous customers had said they got not reply.
I did get a reply and I did receive a tracking number that worked and received a beautiful necklace in time for Christmas for my daughter.
I am very pleased with the service and product I received and will be purchasing another item very soon.

I ordered a necklace on the 19th hoping to get it for my girlfriend for christmas, i emailed enquiring about when this would be delivered. I was told it would be out for delivery yesterday. I then later checked my emails yesterday to see if anything else had been said but the emails sent by Elize had been removed... After seeing this i emailed to see what was going on with my order but my emails kept bouncing back and have had no response. I assume this is a simple mistake and will be resolved soon and i will be updating this review according to the situation.
Please get to me when you can Elize, thanks.

Update - I recieved the necklace this morning and it looks amazing. As you can see by my previous review, i did have my concerns. But Elize was great and everything was resolved. Overall I am extremely pleased with the product and Elize's customer service. Tracking information and updates on order could have been better but it is understandable at this time of year. I would very much recommend buying from here and I myself may be back again in the future as there are so many wonderful products.

I recently left a negative review but Elize contacted me explaining that Royal Mail had lost my parcel. Elize went out of her way to solve my problem and made sure I received my mums Christmas present in time and also offered me a goodwill gesture. Very impressed with service and product. Initial problems with being able to track order (totally understandable at this time of year) but got a very speedy response and resolution from Elize within hours. Product arrived and is beautiful. I left a negative review earlier today as I had made an order on 18/12 and paid for express delivery, but hadn't yet received tracking information and couldn't get a response.

However, I have changed this to reflect the very quick and extremely helpful response I received from Elize.

The resolution Elize offered is extremely well received and as long as everything arrives in good condition, I will definitely order again in future.

It is not clear whether I am likely to get the jewellery that I have placed an order for. I placed an order and parted with my money to be given a reference number but no indication of delivery date or process (4-6 days as per website… but nothing) I have written back to sales team but again have received no response. Please contact me or look at your inbox and respond to your customers

I have since been in contact with the sales team (Elize) and they have said that they are very busy and that the order will be out tonight. If that is so then the rating will remain at 5 stars for customer feedback, if however the goods are not received then I shall be updating this review

Didn’t get a response initially when enquired about lack of express delivery but someone saw my complaint then they couldn’t have been more helpful and it has been rectified and apology made. Would absolutely order from them again. Customer service good at a time when post service is a nightmare!

I called last Monday and was told that they were using next day deliveries on mondays and thursdays. I placed the order on Thursday morning and had an order confirmation but no updates since. I emailed to say that I need it by Tuesday and had absolutely no response. Is this a scam?!

My wife loved the ring set I ordered for our 10th wedding anniversary. Elize was brilliant with any questions I had before and after making the order. The rings arrived beautifully packaged and in very quick time. Will definitely be ordering from infinity again and would recommend them.

I was a bit worried about ordering from a company I hadn’t heard of before, however everything they have done is truly amazing. They go above and beyond any expectations, their jewellery pieces are utterly stunning. I cannot recommend Infinity Diamond Jewellery enough. Every detail is looked after and the personal touch Elize gives is second to none. You don’t get customer service like this at all these days, to be honest I don’t think anywhere has ever gone to so much effort they way they have. If there is anything wrong, they go out their way and more to correct thing and leave the best impression. I ordered some earrings for my birthday and the quality and service I have received has now prompt me and my partner into looking at their engagement rings. All my family and friends have been asking for their details too. Thank you so much, especially Elize.

I would like to update my review following a response from the business and Elize getting in contact with me following my review. Great customer service, Elize apologised for missing my emails (mistakes happen sometimes) and offered to refund me and replace the item with some additional items sent by way of apology. Elize went above and beyond and I really appreciated her personal approach. The jewellery is beautiful and I hope to enjoy wearing it for a long time.

Terrible - do not buy. Earring broke after being worn a handful of times (see photograph - large stone fell out). Earrings were looked after when not in use i.e. using a jewellery box and pouch but this is not a quality product and as such I would not recommend. No response for the company after 2 emails and no other options for contacting them.

Eliza contacted me promptly when I made an error on my order. Made a previous order and loved it. 10/10 service
