Not a moan, just in need of help! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and now the website has closed! We are due to get married in August and I had my eye on the matching open gap wedding ring which I am struggling to find anywhere else! Does anyone know where they sourced their rings or can point me in the right direction? TYI

Not a review, more a request ! If anyone knows where they sourced their rings before they shut down, my absolute dream ring was on this site and I can’t find the same/similar anywhere! Please help a gal out x

Ordered many times before and more than happy and even recommended to friends and family. My husband ordered a ring in September for me for Christmas. He started to panic after not receiving anything for weeks no update emails or delivery notification. He emailed the company several times and no reply. I went online today and the site has been shut down! We have since contacted our bank as money was taken and the order confirmed. Hopefully we get our money back.

I bought a wedding band in 2021 and it was great . I went to buy a replacement from them but then read these reviews. I did some research on companies house I can see they have been dissolved, money bounced despite website being live and accepting the order. If your money was taken I recommend researching owner Patricia cox on conpanies house to prove company is dissolved. They really need to take down website.

My experience with Infinity Diamond Jewellery has been deeply disappointing and extremely concerning. I waited two months for an engagement ring that never arrived, and the level of customer service throughout this process has been completely unacceptable. After multiple attempts to obtain an update, I finally received a single response promising that my ring would arrive within seven days. That promise turned into five more weeks of silence, with no further communication or clarification from their customer service team.

Based on my experience—and on the number of similar complaints from other customers—I would not be surprised if this company is operating in a highly questionable manner. Their behaviour raises serious doubts about their reliability and integrity.

This was not just any purchase; it was an engagement ring, tied to a major life event. The unnecessary stress, frustration, and uncertainty caused by their failure to deliver on time were completely unacceptable and overshadowed what should have been a meaningful and positive moment.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution before ordering from this company. My experience suggests they are neither professional nor trustworthy.
To this day I have still no reply and my bank luckily agreed a charge back , Absolutely appalling behaviour from a so called professional company .
Heed my warning and please do not buy from this company it will only lead to Stress and Anger !

I ordered a ring a month ago. Due to propose in next following weeks. My ring has not been delivered yet. Nor have I had any contact regarding this. It was estimated delivery of 2 weeks. I have contacted the email
Provided twice and now a week later still no reply. Just completely left in the dark. To make matters worse the “shop” app they sue for tracking doesn’t really help. One page of the tracking still says preparing shipment. Another page says it’s on its way but no actual form of tracking or estimated delivery date. Does anyone know how to contact these guys? As I am having no luck with the email provided through “shop” app and the company itself

Have had great experiences with this company in the past my husband bought me 2 beautiful rings and the customer service in the past was amazing and quick. However, this appears to no longer be the case, they are not responding to emails like they used to, and I'm wondering if they are perhaps no longer in business? after seeing many reviews saying they are also no receiving replies or their orders. I'm not confident about purchasing from them again, which is a shame because we planned to use them again, I really want to use them again for my wedding band but can't risk the the ring not arriving or not arriving on time and with no communication. Gutted, because they are really good when it comes to making alterations and customisations and are very reasonably priced *sigh*

My partner has ordered an item from this website only to receive a confirmation email of it being ordered. Delivery time says two weeks, no updates or items received as of yet. We have emailed the company serval times with no replies! since then have read all the awful reviews of people having no communication and not receiving their items! So far awful service!

I've just been scammed for 3.000€.

Bought an engagement ring on Order #49451 almost 5 weeks ago, with zero update and it never got delivered.

Very sad to announce that this is a scam...

I ordered a ring on 12th September 2025 with a stated delivery lead time of two weeks. To date, I have not received the ring, and my emails to to the company have gone unanswered.

Through my own inquiries, I discovered that returns are to be sent to Midas Jewellers in Knutsford. I have telephoned them several times; they have confirmed that they are only acting as a third party. Today, they advised me to formally request a refund from Infinity and to contact my bank if no resolution is provided.

Given that Infinity has failed to respond to emails, I have serious doubts that a refund will be issued voluntarily. This leaves me with no alternative but to spend hours on the phone with my bank and wait for the refund to be processed — an entirely avoidable and frustrating situation. I think i have been scammed.

Ordered a ring on 6th October and was meant to be 2 weeks delivery. Ring still hasn’t arrived and no answer from any customer service.

Please get back to me ASAP

My partner bought my engagement ring from this website in 2024 and I absolutely love it — we had no issues at the time.
However, I’ve since sent SEVERAL emails asking for advice on which wedding band would match my engagement ring and I’ve not received a single response. I’ve seen that some people do eventually get replies, so if anyone can advise how to actually get in touch, I would appreciate it.
At this point, the complete lack of communication means I don’t feel confident purchasing my wedding ring here.
Please be cautious.

Order 49479. I’ve been emailing and no response. Payment was taken then seems to be reversed. No idea if I need to pay again or if my order is being made. Very dissatisfied and all I want is the engagement ring I ordered.

My boyfriend ordered my engagement ring start October still not delivered or no update I dunno if it’s slow delivery as I am in Ireland but still not a trust worthy company when they don’t even contact back

I placed an order for a silver diamond pair of stud earrings
I paid for next day delivery…. I received the earrings 10 days after I placed the order
While I was waiting for the order I contacted customer service twice to find out what was happening the company have not responded to any of my enquiries. This is a poor service!

My engagement ring came from Infinity Diamonds and the packaging was amazing, I was so so impressed. I absolutely adore my ring. I even sent it back to be resized and it was done and sent back to me in just over a week and I thought I has been sent a new ring as it had been cleaned to perfection, however recently I have noticed a diamond is missing and I have emailed to see if i can get this repaired under the warranty but I haven't heard anything back yet. I really hope I hear back soon

Ordered an engagement ring at the beginning of Oct 25 and was stated it was a 2 week delivery time frame its now way past that time. My partner works abroad so timing the important question is taking some planning but now the opportunity is going to pass by because of this company.
I have sent a number of emails asking for an update just to be ignored.
I have also requested a refund but again ignored.

After reading other reviews i fear i am now left without a ring and my money stolen im now seeking legal action to try and recover some of it.

Please dont buy anything from these people.

There was some issues however Elize was so helpful and gave some lovely earrings and a partial refund. Would order again.

Ordered a ring on 4th Oct and expected delivery within 2 weeks as per the website and order confirmation email. It’s been over 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received the order. I’ve emailed the company, more than once, and received no response. I am perfectly happy to wait, however would appreciate an ETA and acknowledgment of my emails. Unfortunately, having read other recent reviews, it’s seems that many others are having the same experience
