Terrible do not order or do not use any codes from so called influencer sineadcurystyle its a complete scam they do not respond to anything

After seeing so many Instagram influencers recommend these products, I assumed they were legitimate- they are not!

Ordered on 23-11-2025, and I am getting no response or update on my order. I have requested a full refund.

I placed an order with Infinity Diamond Jewellery on 7/10/25 and still haven’t received my item or any proper response from the company. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but they’ve ignored my messages completely.

The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable — there’s been no update, no tracking information, and no follow-up whatsoever. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend ordering until they improve their reliability and customer support.

I placed an order on the 5th June I have had no correspondence n can’t even get hold of the company this is for a set wedding n engagement .. wedding is in 26 days stressed and upset

There visiting on Thursday 3/20. Our cruise ship gave us coupons for free bracelet. So I asked the tall dark haired gentleman behind the counter. He said everyone only comes in for the free bracelet. First of all if you don’t want to be included in free stuff from the shop then don’t. But don’t be mad bc people come in for the free item and ask. I wanted to look for a tanzanite pendant. But after that interaction I just took a picture of the Google review QR code and moved on. Will never go back there not even for a free item.

I ordered a ring in October and received confirmation of my order and then nothing was sent.

If I could give 0 star rating I would. I ordered a Xmas present in early December, received an email on December 14th to say it’s been dispatched. I’m still waiting for the product to arrive. I’ve contacted the company by email, asking for a tracking number, never got a tracking number just an email yo say I should expect delays as it’s a busy time of year. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Apparently they are meant to be maisonette diamonds which pass the diamond test, ours didn't. Although a lovely ring and replaced as sizing wrong, it was an expensive piece of costume jewellery

SCAMMED! After ordering, I received automatic confirmation of my order. Despite numerous attempts, I never heard from them again. Two months later my Pay Source investigated and agreed the transaction was fraudulent. I am VERY lucky they will be refunding the amount.

It's fraud site .it only makes fool people.please don't buy any product from here and don't pay money totally fraud.they have site and they deliberately send wrong order to customer.

It is a scam, till the time you do not receives the product they talk to you on whats up but as you receives and found that they have cheated you no response from the other side... Do not buy anything.. Its a fake website... I have lost 1300 bucks.

Why are you doing scam like this u bloody people They are many other ways to earn money. Doing scan is not the only way to like bloody people shame on you.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Infinity Jewellery, and I felt compelled to share my experience here.

I placed an order for a specific product from their website, but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. This was frustrating, to say the least, as I had eagerly awaited my purchase and had specific expectations.

What's more concerning is the complete lack of customer service responsiveness. I attempted to reach out to them n number of times via phone calls and messages on WhatsApp, but it seemed as though no one was available or willing to assist. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is entirely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I can't help but wonder if the numerous positive reviews they've received are genuine. Given my experience, it's hard to believe that they could have garnered such positive feedback. It raises doubts about the authenticity of those reviews and whether they may have been purchased or fabricated to enhance their reputation.

In conclusion, my experience with Infinity Jewellery has been nothing short of disappointing. The wrong product, coupled with the unresponsiveness of their customer service, has left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of their business. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering doing business with them.

I have ordered four pieces of jewelery from Infinity Jewelers now and I have been delighted with every one. They arrive in lovely presentation boxes and a little cleaning cloth. They are exceptional value and very affordable compared to lots of other companies ,and Elize is lovely to deal with if you have any problems . I will definitely be ordering again from them and definitely recommend them .

I ordered a necklace on the third of September they took the money it’s now the 7th and I’m yet to receive a confirmation email or anything, has anybody had this happen? I’ve emailed with no response did you receive what you ordered?
