You have to be patient, don’t panic when the jewellery doesn’t turn up within 3 days. We waited nearly 4 weeks but trust me, it was worth it. The end product is superb and the packaging makes it really special!
Edit: Following some excellent customer service and communication from Elize I have upped the stats to 5.

I was very kindly sent a pair of moissanite studs which are completely flawless and easily the most beautiful piece of jewellery I own.
They arrived within 24hrs in the most gorgeous gift box with full certification.

After some initial confusion, Elize could not have done more to make things right despite not being at fault!
She was very transparent telling me about their family-run business and happy to answer all questions thrown her way.

I have bought an engagement ring, process was very easy and arrived really quick.
Ordered a bracelet after such a good experience but unfortunately the clasp was not holding, sent elite an email, she was so quick to respond and replaced the bracelet, the new one she has sent has been on my partners wrist ever since and she is in love.
I will be using these again just based off this experience.
So helpful and friendly, and quality products.

I had ordered the wrong ring size and I emailed them, Eliza then responded to me guiding me on which size I should get and sent me the replacement before I posted the old ring back to them. She was truly amazing and sent the new ring with special delivery, the product is amazing and top quality as well, you honestly can’t go wrong.

We accidentally ordered the wrong size. I sent an email that Elize replied to immediately to check which size I needed. she then dispatched the replacement which I received the next day. I then posted back the incorrect one. Amazing service and a fantastic quality ring. I am absolutely thrilled with my eternity ring and will definitely use this company again

I was more than a little bit dubious before making a purchase as I just couldn’t believe I’d receive quality diamond jewellery at such a great price - how wrong I was! I purchased pear cut halo drop earrings & a matching necklace and they are perfect! Beautifully presented and with that gorgeous diamond sparkle - flawless. I’m so impressed (and that takes a lot!) that I’ve just placed a second order for some pink diamond jewellery to wear to my son’s wedding, and a tiny bangle for a Christening gift. I’m converted, I will definitely be a return customer time and time again. Thank you.

I recently bought an engagement ring for my fiancé from Infinity diamond Jewellery. Elize was absolutely excellent and even offered to resize the ring after we found it was slightly too tight. It is excellent quality and we are both very happy. I could not recommend this website any more.

Honestly couldn’t rate Infinity or Elize more!! Firstly I got the engagement ring of my dreams which is just beyond stunning and then secondly the phenomenal customer service, Elize went above and beyond for me at every opportunity. What an incredible company!! Will definitely be using again!

Simply fantastic ! what can I say apart from the truth , it really is a stunning piece of work but not just that when you open the box, it makes it feel really special because of the way that’s it’s designed, with the beautiful boxes within the boxes even with a little illuminated backlight that shines on the ring which makes it sparkle when you open it .

I dealt with Elize , and she is like a horse in a field OUT-standing !!! Such a genuine, warm and helpful person , I even got a message at 10pm at night when I asked for a bit of advice because I was so impressed with their jewellery I asked about more pieces . Didn’t expect a reply till the morning.

That is superb customer service and somebody who truly cares about what they do and you can’t ask for more than that. and Elize has that in abundance.

Bought an engagement ring for my partner before Christmas. Presentation was stunning, design is flawless, but unfortunately the ring is a little big and the diamond is also too big (who would have known a diamond could be too big). Hopefully this is rectifiable. Currently waiting on a response from customer service

I would highly recommend Infinity Diamond Jewellery. I want to say a massive thank you to Elise! I had ordered an engagement ring for my now fiance :). She had kept me posted on the progress all the way, and even marked the ring as urgent in the workshop to ensure guaranteed arrival before the 14th. The ring is stunning and was crafted very well. Can’t recommend inifinity diamond jewellery enough. From buying my bridal set back in 2021 to now I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience. Unfortunately, I lost one stone out of my engagement ring a few weeks back I was heartbroken. I emailed Elize and she said to send the rings back special delivery and they would replace the stone free of charge and check the other claws to ensure they were secured. Elize was so easy to contact and I’ve just received my beautiful rings back and I’ve fallen in love all over again.

I’ve just received my beautiful engagement ring and I am honestly lost for words because it is *perfect*. If you’re debating buying from this company or think it seems too good to be true (as I did upon first discovering it) fear not, it is 100% genuine. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional, the presentation was amazing and the overall buying experience was absolutely top notch.

I initially placed my order a while ago, but decided after placing my order that I wanted to change a few things about the ring I’d ordered (when I say a few things, I actually mean everything) so I emailed in, and nothing I asked was too much trouble. Elize had the patience of a saint while dealing with my ever changing mind! After many emails exchanged, and multiple CADs later we had the design for my perfect ring. After the designing process was complete, it took 20 days to arrive -which is an excellent timeframe considering this included making the ring from scratch and having it sent to be hallmarked before being sent out to me. It’s so beautiful that when my other half presented it to me I’m not sure if it was the proposal or the sight of the ring that had me crying tears of joy!

Overall, this is a fabulous company, with exquisite products and the best customer service I have ever experienced. I will be returning for all future jewellery needs, and recommending Elize to anyone and everyone.
