This 5 star review is for Elize, my fiancé lost her engagement ring while swimming in the sea and Elize organised a replacement for me at no charge, I cannot express my gratitude enough having just been made redundant it was an unparalleled gesture of kindness and I am eternally grateful my fiancé was so upset at having lost the ring and I was so worried about having to find the money to replace it. We were considering buying our wedding rings from Darry ring but we will now be using infinity just because of this positive experience. Give this person a raise, I'm serious!

ordered a ring with delivery estimate of 7-10 days. no communication since nothing to say it has been shipped out or there is a delay or anything.
have emailed customer service 3 times no response. I would just like to know if this ring is going to arrive.

I have since edited this as I had a response from Elize and my issue was resolved immediately.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from infinity diamonds. While the ring itself is absolutely stunning and my fiancée loves it, I encountered a significant issue when the ring box broke at the moment I proposed. This unexpected mishap was quite disappointing, but I reached out to customer service and was very pleased with their response.

Elize from customer service promptly addressed my concern, apologised for the inconvenience, and arranged to send a new box with next-day delivery. Additionally, they offered a £50 refund and even included a new light box, which was very generous.

I appreciate the quick and considerate resolution and happy with both the ring and the outstanding customer service. I would recommend Infinity Diamonds for their beautiful jewelry and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

What can i say, the ring set is beautiful. This was a great transaction from start to finish. I actually requested something special for the main stone and wasn't sure that it could be done, they went above and beyond to accommodate my request and they knocked it out of the park. Many Thanks to Steven & Elize for accommodating me and making this a very special beautiful ring for my wife. If you want top quality Jewellery this is definitely the place to go. I researched other Diamond Companies before placing my order. The website was very informative. From emailing Elize initially to make an enquiry, to receiving my beautiful Solitaire did take a week longer. But Elize kept me informed. Being a busy family run company thats important. I was hesitant in paying a large amount of money to an Internet site but again did my research especially Trustpilot and used my credit card for extra security. So please when you purchase from them - don't worry. It will be worth the wait. Thankyou to all at Infinty Diamonds.

I recently bought an engagement ring from infinity diamond and we could not be more pleased with the ring and the customer service given. I would like to give a special thanks to Elize who from start to finish answered any of my questions and kept me informed on the rings progress. After receiving the ring unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Elize and she told me to send the ring back and they would re size and return free of charge. Received the ring back and they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend infinity diamond any time. Thank you.

Currently waiting for the ring, now coming to the end of the 3rd week. I’ve emailed them multiple times to no response and so I don’t even know if they have my order.

Elize has got in touch and has been very helpful, can’t wait to get the ring.

This business is a very respectable and reliable jewellers. I was worried the rings I ordered would not come in time for when I needed but Elize made sure I received them on time and was of fantastic help. Lovely company and a beautiful ring. The only issue is that I've been trying to get in contact with them since February to get a certificate. However nothing has been sent out. Even after receiving responses to my enquiry saying that it will be sent.

Ordered a ring that was beautiful and perfectly as described bit the carat weight did not suit my other ring. Sent it back and have been refunded. Delivery was prompt and the item was gorgeous - just too big!

Contacted customer service yesterday morning advising i am ordering a large quantity of earrings as eid presents and need them urgently. Not only did a lovely advisor called Elize reply super efficiently but she sent them out guaranteed next day by 13:00 at no extra cost soon as my order was placed. Honestly if you know her ring size I can’t recommend this place enough, I was very hesitant buying an engagement/wedding ring set online. But can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rings, it got delivered to me inside 2 weeks. And now I can’t wait to see my mrs face when she sees it. All this at a very very good price.

The diamonds from this company are simply stunning, I've had so many compliments! They're beautifully designed and the value is just amazing. But perhaps best of all -these diamonds are ethical. I've worn diamonds for more years than I care to remember, and Infinity Diamond Jewellery has opened my eyes to buying diamonds in a new way.

The customer service is also exquisite! If Elize is actually one real person, I'm sure she never sleeps! She's gone above and beyond for me, it's so rare to find service of this level.

After trying to reach them. Which I must admit is hard as they have no contact number and the one it says to ring must be a non updated number.

Once I found the real number they were more than helpful.

Will update when ring arrives next week.
