I purchased a necklace for my mums birthday and needed it by today! I ordered about a week ago with fast delivery but faced some issues. I was contacted straight away and Elize overcame every obstacle and got the necklace to me in time!

Please recognise Elize and the efforts she makes with your customers! I actually cannot wait to purchase again as the jewellery is wonderful and I feel safe knowing I can order here and if any issues they will be handled properly!

Have yet to receive the engagement ring I have ordered. I ordered on 30th November and while it says 2-3 weeks on the website - which is fine. Some communication would be great. I’ve emailed twice with no reply. I’m incredibly nervous I’m not going to receive it before we go away and I’m supposed to propose on the 4th January. I know it’s busier with Christmas too. If I’m not going to receive it in time I’ll have to try and get a refund to order elsewhere. Please please please contact me asap.

Update to 4 stars as had a response and my item resent

Still have not had a response from customer service despite 2 emails over the space of a week. Ordered an item which said 4-6 days shipping and now we're on 12 working days with no communication or updates. Would love to hear any form of update.

Hi, I was panicking when I had no reply about them sending me the wrong order.
However , Eliza got back to me will rectify the mistake and that I could keep the order sent in error.
She dealt with it very well, should have been more patient.
It would be reassuring if they had a telephone number

My partner ordered the most beautiful engagement ring for me. The packaging and ring itself is absolutely stunning, you can tell alot of care and consideration has gone into the finer details. There was a slight defect with my ring a few weeks after wearing it daily, the customer service I received was second to none! They dealt with the issue quick and effectively. I've recommended this company to many others and will continue to do so!

Elize and her Team are clearly consummate experts in the diamond industry. Our lab grown diamonds have been flawless and the Customer Service Elize herself personally presents has been nothing short of professional, thoughtful and kind. I came out of hospital days before my only daughters 18th birthday thinking there’s was no way I could organise anything in time I was so upset. Purchased a lovely engagement ring from here - the packaging it came in felt really luxurious too!

The only slight negative with this company is that their communication isn't always great, which I did know before I ordered as I'd checked this page. However, once you do hear back from them, the main point of contact, Elize, is really friendly and understanding and will sort out your problems ASAP!

I had to change the size of the ring about a week after ordering, and Elize got back to me really quickly about this which was very reassuring. However, there was then a long wait with no communication (despite me reaching out several times) and it turned out there had been a mix up with my order. I can't speak for whether this experience is usual with this company, as I know there were some quite major personal issues happening with staff at the time.

Once Elize did get in contact, though, it was all resolved really quickly and I was given a partial refund as well as some complementary earrings - which shows they take customer experience really seriously.

Wow, I emailed IFD, with a super urgent, short turnaround request which would usually take 2-3 weeks and they got it turned round, delivered in just over half that.

Cannot praise Elize enough, so helpful, incredibly friendly and made what is normally a slightly stressful time for a man so smooth!!!

My (now) fiance adores the ring and can't stop showing it off to everyone.

Honestly will be recommending IFD to all my friends when they are preparing to get engaged, and I will be back in the future, I'd not use another company!

If you look up perfect customer service, IFD's logo is there alongside a picture of Elize!!!

I bought my beautiful earrings for my wedding day two years ago and lost one recently at an event. I contacted the team and asked if I could purchase one to replace it, they went one better and gifted me a new pair!

UPDATED 26.8.24 - Elize has been wonderful, following this review. They have had personal issues at home and then postal issues which meant the order did not arrive. She has generously given us a full refund and is still sending the rings, which should appear this Thursday. Thank you so much Elise! As a small bit of feedback to the company, I feel that if we had a dispatch note or a tracking log number sent to us when the order was originally posted, it would have really eased our worries, and I wonder if this is something that could be added to your system in the future, as your poor reviews are to do with lack of communication following purchase.

Ordered engagement and wedding rings last Tuesday. We received order confirmation, but no further information regarding dispatch. We emailed to chase, using the email address listed below in another trust pilot review, and heard nothing. Facebook message sent, received an automated response this morning. Now on the verge of contacting the credit card company to persue a refund as there is simply no contact from the company. Quite literally they have taken the shine off the occasion.

I recently bought a ring from infinity diamond jewellery and I must say I had a great experience overall.
Stunning ring, delivered within the time period stated on the website and great customer service from Elize. Would definitely buy again, highly recommended.
