Ordered a ring £1450, as a valentines gift, on 30.01.2025, it says it comes in 2 weeks on their website, more than two weeks passed, valentines passed, 4 emails I’ve send them asking about the ETA, no reply so far, I think this is a scam and I probably have to contact my bank for my money back, will wait a little bit longer to see if they respond, if they sort this out I will change my review and rating

Update, after I posted this one star review, I got an email from them, now I will go up to two stars, if they sort me out I will go up on stars

Update, they had delays as they were waiting for materials, they said Friday I will get my order and also a discount of £250

Update the delivery arrived Saturday, the box was a bit damaged but the ring very beautiful

Also they refunded £300 and send an extra box that is not damaged and an extra pair of earrings ❤️

Have sent countless emails to them about an order I made and had no reply. Only received the confirmation email and that’s it. Replied in two different ways and still no response. My order is for a retirement gift so really disappointed.
Edit: Elise has emailed me now and has offered a full refund.

I placed an order for some earrings 8 days ago, paid for express delivery (1-2 days) which was quoted on the items page on checkout.
I emailed after 5 days for an update as the only email I’d received was the one saying ‘Order Confirmed’. A couple of days later Elise reached out to me to explain there had been some delays in there amethyst stones deliveries due to a busy period throughout January. She kindly offered a full refund and said my earrings would be sent as soon as the stones came into stock. Elise was great.

Just wow, ordered ring and it’s came earlier than expected as it states 3 weeks and only took 9 days, it’s came in beautiful packaging along with beautiful earrings, I can’t thank Elize enough for all her hard work and communication she has given, I would off rated more than the 5 stars as was a bit weary ordering for first time but I will be definitely be ordering again from here. Thank you so much

Placed nearly two weeks ago, emailed asking if it’s been dispatched twice with no response. Still says order is pending……..

Order now all sorted. Once they got in touch with me the order was fulfilled without delay and went over and above what was asked. They explained what the issue had been which was fully understandable. Didn’t give 5 stars due to original delay, but once contacted I can’t fault the company. I would say if any similar type issue in the future, an automatic email reply explaining delay would go along way. Thank you Elize

Ordered well before Christmas and item still not turned up. Understood that busy period so wasn’t too concerned that Christmas delivery not met however have sent numerous emails asking for an update on order and had zero replies. Even asked what I can do to get a refund and still no reply. Read all good reviews so hoping this is a one off and I will eventually get a refund or my order but I’m not holding my breath. Poor experience with this company.

Firstly I would like to thank Elize for her customer service. I initially placed and order for earrings on 27th December but due to a delivery issue, did not receive my item.

Response was slow at first, but once in contact Elize she was very supportive in rectifying the issue and even posted me an additional item for my troubles.

The necklace and earrings that I received are beautiful. I would definitely order from here again. Thank you!

Wow! Beautiful emerald cut earrings. Great quality and sparkly bright.
I had upgraded to a larger size stone and in my haste to order for my daughter’s upcoming graduation I forgot to add the express delivery.
Emailed the company and got a very speedy response from Elize. Was assured they would be promptly sent and true to her word they arrived the very next day. Would definitely recommend.

Slight delay in postage but good customer service once I was able to contact them and the issue was quickly solved. I also messed up and ordered the wrong ring size which they have been very helpful in sorting out.

I received my order promptly and I was very happy with this. I was even happier when I saw the earrings upon opening the gift box. However, I lifted the compartment in the box to see the other side of the earrings and I found one of the moissanite gemstones at the bottom of the box, which hadn't been set properly. I was really disappointed. I have since contacted the IDJ Sales Team and I'm waiting for a response. I'll update my review accordingly.

UPDATE: changed to 5 stars.

Ordered earrings on 12/12/24. Double checking delivery times and options 4-6 days being more than enough time without including weekends for a Christmas delivery (even if a little close)
I sent an email requesting more information/an update on the order on 19/12/24.
Since the initial order confirmation I have received no update or feedback on the order or follow up email. Even tried the store number on 23/12/24 as a long shot last ditch attempt to no avail.
Had to purchase a back up present so my girlfriend would have something open on Christmas.
The lack in communication is worrying. Glad I paid via PayPal, I do understand it's a busy time of year but zero communication is a red flag. Not quite ready to rescind the order just yet for benefit of the doubt given the season but highly un-impressed so far.

29/12/24 Edit:- After leaving my initial review I was contacted by Elize who was incredibly apologetic after an investigation into why my order had not arrived, The earrings were sent out the very next day 24hrs tracked special delivery AND a refund, I cannot thank Elize enough for her swift action and kind gesture. A minor delivery hiccup but good service and speedy solution.
Earrings are stunning, my girlfriend is over the moon with them.

After some issues with my delivery I contacted the company and initially got no response.
Eventually the seller contacted me and apologised for the delay, stating issues with their dispatch due to a personal loss. Elize at infinity diamond apologised and sorted my issue out fully and had my parcel sent and delivered the next day. I guess at this time of year we're all under pressure and it's fair to say that many business are working overtime to get parcels packaged and dispatched and we often forget that they're human too and there's only so much they can do. I'm very happy with the purchase. The jewellery is beautiful and I would definitely buy from them again.
