Elize couldn’t be more helpful with her Customer Service, I ordered earrings without reading the lead times, so missed my partner’s birthday. Actually my fault.

What Elize did as a goodwill gesture was nothing short of outstanding and I will have no hesitation buying from Infinity Diamond Jewellery again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Infinity Diamond Jewellery following a fault with the setting on my partner’s diamond ring. While the issue was eventually resolved and the ring was returned, the customer service process left much to be desired.

The problem began when we noticed one of the diamond prongs was folding outward, despite careful wear. After sending the ring in for repair, communication became inconsistent and at times misleading. We were given incorrect tracking information, turns out the number provided was for a neighbour's ring, which caused unnecessary confusion and concern. That neighbour, coincidentally, had also sent their ring to the same repair centre and received theirs back with the tracking number that was meant for us. I wonder what the odds of that happening again is?

Multiple emails and calls were required to get clarity. We were told by one staff member that the ring had been sent back when it hadn’t; another confirmed the ring was still with the repair team but incorrectly identified the issue as a loose setting rather than the broken prong we reported. The overall handling suggested a mix-up at the repair shop, and only after persistent follow-up did we finally receive confirmation that the correct ring would be returned.

Elize from the sales team did eventually apologise for the confusion and offered a gesture of goodwill, some moissanite studs. While this was appreciated, they were not included in the returned package, and I’ve had to follow up yet again to ask about them. Alas, I don't think they will ever turn up.

In summary, while the ring is beautiful, and was ultimately repaired and returned, the experience was marked by miscommunication, delays, and a lack of proactive customer service. I would urge Infinity Diamond Jewellery to review their internal processes and communication with both customers and their repair workshop. A little more care and clarity would go a long way in restoring trust.

Very difficult to get through to anyone from here after several emails. We recieved notification stating item unable to be delivered due to incorrect address and that the item will be returned to sender (address was correct and is very easily accessible). We then get another notification the next day stating item was delivered (it was not). Emailed the company and still yet to get a response

I purchased a moissanite engagement ring and wedding band, and overall, I’m very pleased with the product. Although delivery was slightly delayed due to the bank holiday, it still arrived within the two-week timeframe stated. The rings came beautifully packaged and included certification, which added a nice touch.

However, communication throughout the process was minimal. I didn’t receive any updates on the order status and had to chase for information myself, which was a bit concerning at the time.

That said, the jewellery itself is stunning. I was initially sceptical about the authenticity due to the competitive pricing and have yet to have the rings tested, but based on appearance and craftsmanship, I cannot fault them. So far, a beautiful purchase that’s exceeded my expectations in quality.

Delivery came quickly and the ring was perfect, just as described. It has stood the test of time and hasn’t tarnished in over 2 years of daily wear. The gem is also firmly in place and hasn’t moved

I have my engagement and wedding rings from IDJ and I absolutely adore them! The sparkle when the light hits them is like no other. I constantly find myself staring at them and I can't wait to pick my first anniversary earrings.

Had quick communication prior to order then went quiet after expected delivery date.

Update: after a few chases received the order, hand delivered next day. Communication/order updates could have been better, but overall very pleased with end product. Made exactly to customisation.

Would order from here again, providing more consistent communication and order up dates, due to high quality products and competitive prices

Radio silence again

My fiancé and I emailed to ask about our engagement ring. While we didn’t receive an immediate response, Elize got back to me today and was incredibly helpful. She assured me that she would mark our ring as urgent and that we would receive it before our engagement day.

Made an order over two weeks ago on the 15th of March and on the website it gave a two week wait for delivery it has exceeded this and I've chased for an update 3 times so far. The item was needed for this weekend due to a special occasion it was needed for. I am so upset I've had no communication at all or updates. Fingers crossed someone gets back to me as this has caused alot of upset and stress.

Update: Elize contacted me and apologised, I got a full refund and the item including a beautiful pair of studs for the delay which i felt was very generous. Amazing customer service!

Ordered a ring from them and it arrived in time. Accidentally ordered the wrong colour ring so I emailed thinking that nothing would be able to be done. However Elize got back to me and said they would make the correct ring for me and that we could keep the old one until the correct one arrives. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

The service was prompt, the product was exactly as surprisedand, most importantly, my Wife was delighted with her wedding anniversary present.

Poor communication about my order that i placed on the 14 of this month . I have emailed them 4 times and no response . But after a few days I have had a response and have had the matter resolved it quick time so am rating it a 5 star for quick resolution

I placed an order for 3 Pendants + Necklaces of the same type. I have received only 1 pendant with necklaces. No reply to email queries regarding this. Still awaiting response or delivery of other two pendants

I recently wrote a review with only one star ,

Customer service had been in touch with me and said about a family matter and this is why my parcel had not been delivered ,

They told they will do a special delivery by the weekend with a full refund for the delay ,

To be fare there is no excuses for a late delivery or not contacting customers to explain the reason ,

But I give them 5 stars for the kind gesture of refund and delivery on the day they said ,

Keep the good customer service up ,

So.if your buying from this company may be email them first ,

Over all satisfied with the earnings

I was going away and the time frame was unfortunately very tight for the IDJ manufacturing team but Elize was phenomenal in keeping me up to date especially as I was going away to propose to my partner. Ring is gorgeous and very well crafted and I was able to make my partner happy ! Thanks again Elize.

I placed two orders From Infinity diamond Jewellery order no: 46515 and 46497.
I received both orders very fast and the jewellery is absolutely stunning. Customer service is excellent especially Elize who sorted out a small problem I had.

Firstly, Elize who provides any customer care is brilliant.

Second, the ring I ordered is beautiful and has lived up to my expectations completely. Beautiful shine and the presentation box is lovely with a led light in the frame when you open the box.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order more jewellery from here in the future.

Although my order did take a while to arrive, the quality of the items are beautiful. I feel fully compensated for the hiccups I’ve experienced with delivery. Elize has been helpful via email.

*Update: Elize has been liaising with me and has explained the delay, given me a delivery date and has offered a goodwill item and some money refunded. Overall has been really helpful therefore have increased the rating*

Still not received my order! Website states to expect delivery in 2 weeks however this has not been achieved.

I chased three times before I got an acknowledgment but my question of when to expect my order remains unanswered. Have chased three times since but heard nothing. Whether the update is positive or negative I would just like to have an answer to provide a little reassurance that I’m actually going to receive my item.
