I have ordered a ring for £1100, and I have not been given any updates when the ring will arrive and no response to many emails I sent.
I ordered the ring on October 7th and was meant to arrive in 2 weeks… it’s October 25th and I have no update on anything and the ring has not arrived.

If I got a response or anything, I will change this review.. until then it stays like this

lost my original engagement ring, ordered another on 1st september then emailed Elize stating i ordered wrong size, she responded stating she would up grade, that has been the last correspondence i've had? i have emailed numerous times and have not had anything back, been nearly 2 months since ordered. I will be contacting my credit card company to claim the monies back. I am absolutely gutted as i adored my previous ring! no i will have to look for something else :(

I contacted Elize to ask for her assistance in finding a wedding band that would fit with my engagement ring. Elize kindly sent me a CAD but did not specify which ring was featured in this. I chased repeatedly for clarification but no response was received. I took a risk in ordering my wedding ring because I absolutely loved my engagement ring but the 2 weeks has exceeded, I haven’t received any shipping information and I have emailed repeatedly for an update and have even contacted them on Instagram with no response. Incredibly disappointed and am concerned that I will be significantly out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

I placed an order on the 3rd of September I’ve made numerous emails as I need the ring promptly and all I’ve received is 2 emails none regarding when i will receive the ring it’s now the 9th of October absolutely shocking!

My boyfriend bought a beautiful engagement ring from this shop all all the as good then, but I asked Elize if a wedding ring could be made to match. Despite one really quick email response back at the start of July to say yes that was possible, I’ve had nothing since. I’ve sent three follow up emails, but no response at all. Now too afraid to order a ring from Infinity Diamond Jewellery as I’m not sure I’ll receive the ring.

Made my order and other than the confirmation of that, I've had no contact from the company. I've tried emailing them and heard nothing back. I so urgently need this aswell as I plan on proposing to my girlfriend when we go away. Can't find a phone number for them anywhere either.

After being incredibly cross having had no communication and no idea where my gift was for over a month - a wonderful email came from Elize in customer service -who saved the day and went the extra mile refunded my money and sent a gift. Thank you Elize for going the extra mile and correct coursing !

I have raised a complaint with my bank and hoping they will get my money back from this shocking unprofessional company!!

Finally had reply email from the company after contacting my bank. Elize offered free gifts and send rings out asap, had refund and she sent a parcel but no rings only free gifts 🤷‍♀️ Im disgusted with this situation and wish i never ordered from this company!!!!!!!!

The most beautiful rings I have ever seen!! Elize has been fantastic helping me design my perfect lab diamond ring, and the result is out of this world. I gasped and did a happy dance when I saw it. The craftsmanship is superb and amazing prices.
I also ordered a moissanite ring for daily wear and its the best quality moissanite i have in my collection.
Absolutely delighted.
Postage did take a bit longer than 2 weeks but I expected that as the rings are made to order.

As the 2 week shipping deadline comes closer, I am growing concerned that the Company has not send any message if the product is on its way? Even after reaching out via Email I still have not received any communication. If the team is reading this, I would really appreciate a follow up :)

Great product & price, had to chase my order but well worth the wait!

It's been over 3 weeks since I placed an order for some mossanite earrings - they've still not arrived and I've not had any response or acknowledgement to the emails I've sent since this is the only way I can find to contact the company. At the time of placing my order it said Free Shipping in 4-6 days so I'm extremely frustrated at this point and getting concerned whether this website is even legit. Considering it says "Leading UK retailer for all alternative diamond jewellery products" on their website the service, or rather lack of, has been horrendous. If anyone from the company actually reads this and is able to assist, I'd be most grateful please. Thank you.

Had some issues which were resolved by the wonderful woman running the company.
The ring is beautiful aswell. Will be returning to order more things in the future

item was late but was compensated £250 and a pair of studs for the late arrival.

Recieved Sona simulation heart shaped diamond necklace. Very quick response from Elize about delivery and tracking information.
And all communication with the company was prompt.

I am not one for writing bad reviews however this company has left me with no alternative. I ordered my wedding band in March 2025 with a delivery time of 2 weeks. Now writing this in June 2025, the ring is still nowhere to be seen.

I have emailed the company a number of times with no response. I have now been chasing them on the phone a few times a week with no solution. Each staff member I speak to will sell me a different story and provide false information. Each phone call ends with them stating they will call me back with an update at the end of the day, however this has only happened once, and again the update was false.

The latest update is that they assume the ring will be in their next delivery parcel but cannot guarantee this. There is no paper trail within the company and when pressing the staff on how they can assure me it will arrive before the wedding, they stumble on their words.

Poor communication within the company and customers. No good will offered and no urgency in their actions.

Late being delivered but absolutely worth the wait! Partner ordered on the 9th and it got delivered today (5th June) gorgeous engagement ring and I’m in love with it.
Replies to customers could be more prompt but if Elize is on her own I can imagine she gets snowed under with it.

So there was some a few set backs with the order but overall, this has to be the best online jewellery shop out there, I can guarantee you won't find a better place than this, the items we received were beyond anything we expected by a country mile. They are purely magnificent which quite literally took my partners breath away when we received them, a special thank you to Elize, she's incredible, like genuinely out of this world incredible, she deserves a raise, put it this way I won't ever shop anywhere else for jewellery because of her. Thank you Elize you are a star.

I wasa little impatient waiting for my ring to be completed, the wait was worth it.we are delighted
