Returns are a hassle!
Product arrived in good condition, however I wanted to return it did not meet my expectation. The process to return it was lengthy (and an AI service) and full of negotiation to compensate me to keep the product rather than return it. I did not want to negotiate, just return the product. After 3 weeks the return was concluded. I will not use this company again.

No response to issue
I have tried to contact them so I can return a shirt which is too small. The medium is really a small. 4 times I have sent an email to the customer service email with the information they requested. 4 times they have resent the same auto response message. I cannot get a response with return instructions.
My advice Do Not Order from this company!!!
