Went to icrack store lichfield for screen repair. That was fine but got home and realised I couldn't make or receive calls. Went back next day they said antenna wasn't connected properly said they'd solved the problem but had to go again next day as it still wasn't fixed. Then the next day the speaker wasn't working, once again went all the way back to lichfield and was told they had to order one and would be there next day so back to lichfield yet again and guess what no delivery. No excuses they could have let me know. Went back last Thursday and they put the new speaker in while I waited. Within an hour of getting home the speaker wasn't working again , Went back on Tuesday with it , when my wife picked it up later there was a new crack in the screen, they blamed my wife for dropping it and guess what today Wednesday the damn speaker isn't working again. So off to Lichfield again tomorrow. Not once have they said sorry, please don't use these amateurs you'll have nothing but grief

Hello every one. I received a call today re my posting yesterday & giving a 1star due to telephone communication. I visited with my sister not long ago & found the name interesting! on entering we found the two gentle most welcoming & attentive. They had to deal with a not so nice customer (under influence) not their fault but extremely professional in dealing with professional. Impressed. as bystander customer we were apologetic to us. I called yesterday to point out a fault “not their own” was left hanging n phone. Today a conversation took place & fingers crossed resolved. They do take pride n what they do & rely on trusted products “branded name” to play their part. My issue was being left screaming down he phone as I was left to actual customers front facing.
Have & my sister been given reassurance & this would not happen again. This is why I have given 3 stars. As want to ensure they carry out their promise.? We have travelled far . I can not dismiss the humbleness & our conversation today. I want to see a follow through in near future with another customer & their promises & I will be observing & I would be happy to give 5 stars as n a way they do deserve it. It’s all about the follow through from faulty products etc. They really are happy to accept & give further excellent service.
I come from a prestigious company in service so they know this is accepted & I will review again as Their promise to me to today.
Please do take your own experience as they really do strive to provide a friendly experience in their shop . I do however givec10/10 for contact. It really does means a lot to them.
So my initial experience is good . Need to see after care service . But a great well stocked shop & experience

My phone was damaged by being sold a incorrect size charger lead by another local company. I was therefore so relieved when I received speedy, helpful advice and expertise from iCrack Worthing who fixed and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. Amazing service and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends. Thank you so much. You saved the day.

Walked in with a problem with some setting making my phone double tap everything and completely lag out they sorted problem in two minutes they where fantastic

Just had my iPhone 12 sorted at Westwood Cross Broadstairs and fixed in half an hour and they did not charge me anything fantastic service

I wanted to copy all of my pictures and Vids onto a memory stick from my Huawei mobile and i could not work it out. This was not a trivial task but the polite young man working in the Bournemouth shop was able to crack how to do it for me. It took a while but he managed to solve it.
I think that people writing reviews should mention the branch they visited particularly if they are leaving a poor review. Some branches give poor service and some good. It would be unreasonable for a good branch to suffer because others are rubbish.

Only one star as there was a no star option, Canterbury store appealing service, sold broken product then would not refund or replace. Extremely dodgy and dishonest ..stay far away

Misdiagnosed the fault with my phone. After paying £65 for a new screen they told me the reason my (fully charged) iPhone was still not working because it needed charging. Im disabled so easy to bully. I had to get someone to help me get my money back. They put the old screen back on and broke the glass back. Don’t go to these people, they’re expensive, unqualified and bully vulnerable customers.

Rip off merchant- used adhesive tape inside the phone which ruined the speaker. Had to purchase a new phone. Avoid at all costs.
Unscrupulous and dishonest.
Awful moronic service.

Went into Poole today to have my charging port serviced as wasn’t charging… 20 minutes and fitted a new screen saver for me for great price.. throughly recommend these guys, professional courteous and above all, they don’t rip you off! Will get all my future business, thank you.

Got a screen protector put on and it was the best service possible. Great prices, it’s clear owners care about customers

Absolutely terrible experience- waste of money and
took weeks. I had a problem with my cameras
where it wasn't working at all. Visited them (paid
£70 deposit) and they said to come in a few days
so that they can order parts to fix it. They fixed it
the first time and took £50 more from me. My
cameras stopped working 3 hours after I left their
shop. I came in again to get it fixed for a second
time and they said they were going to 'order more
parts' to get it fixed again. I came in a week later
when their parts had 'arrived' to get it fixed again
and they "fixed' it just for it to stop working while i
was still in the shop!. Made up excuses saying they
can't give me a refund even though they literally
did nothing to fix my phone. They are lying when
they say that they are fixing your phones interior.
Absolutely terrible service took so long and so
much money all for nothing. £120 WASTED!!

Went in for a laptop screen replacement, ended up with a fully broken laptop and a £150 charge. Terrible customer service verging on abusive. No explanation as to why they broke my laptop. Laughed in my face. Please please avoid this place at all costs!

December 2021 I took my Google Pixel 4a 5g into iCrack's Southampton branch for a screen repair, was promised that the parts would be official and from Google themselves and was charged £180 for the repair, which at this point was simply for the glass itself not the workings behind it.

This has turned out to not be the case, as I recently dropped the phone and it became entirely unresponsive, so not convinced by my last experience with iCrack I went instead to the repair provider recommended by Google themselves and was charged half the price for a full screen replacement (glass and back-workings) but was also informed that "somebody" (iCrack) had previously repaired it with a cut-down piece of generic screen-glass, glued it with off-brand liquid glue instead of the proper product and managed to do it so tightly that it had caused the whole screen to break when it hit the wrong point. All of that, and they'd actually had the nerve to charge me for the "service" provided.

Do not use these people if you value your device, wallet or sense of self-respect.

I'll be speaking with my local trading standards to establish if there is anything which they can do, and if you have had the misfortune of dealing with iCrack and suffered a similar experience then I suggest that you do the same.

Recently had screen on iPhone fixed here (Bath). Despite me repeatedly checking with them that the screen was an original Apple screen (OEM), and despite the price increasing from £150 to £220 to ensure this, the screen fitted was not an Apple original. The new screen also has a pronounced blue tinge (though partly fixed through accessibility settings I discovered without iCrack's help), and also drains battery considerably faster. I have monitored for several weeks, and whereas the battery was fine, and would last all day, I now hit critical battery by about 6pm. Gave iCrack an opportunity to address before posting this, and they were defensive and abusive and took no responsibility. Only went to them to support local business. Deeply regretting that.

Pretend that they’re changing whole iPhones screen, but actually just glued the first screen layer. Colors were different a bit and dimmed. Charge for a whole screen and it got broken soon again. Was noticeable unglued corners of first layer. Fraud!
