I bought few weeks ago a samsung s25 ultra from icrack shop ,i received a brilliant service and professionality .i will definatrly recomend and i will use in the future .

I had my phone screen replaced today the man serving was really Pleasant and done a really good job in abt 30mins competitive price and 1yr guarantee would highly recommend them

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE Absolute Disaster My Son took his iphone in for repair at iCrack In Nottingham and they charged him £220 for a new screen they said that was the problem due to the screen going black. They also added there were other problems with the phone they said they fixed the screen and told him to leave the phone with them for up to a week to sort out the other issues which he thought was strange and refused to do so thankfully!!! We still haven't got to the bottom of the problem even after several phone calls with the shop after he left with his phone not working just switching off constantly so unable to use it, They also took a part out of the phone and never explained why. He took it to another repair shop who was amazing and said the problem was the screen and something had been taken out of the phone which they kept (they should have given the part to him). This has been so stressful and would cost a small fortune to put another screen on and fix whatever they have taken out for the phone . We have now had to buy him a new phone and been charged by the shop £220 for a new screen that doesn't work and a part missing which they didn't explain. This is Wrong on every level. Beware as a previous review 3 weeks ago had same issues as my son. However this poor girl went back 3 times and her phone is still not fixed and they wouldn't refund her. They said it was water damage exactly same as they told me son. He too is a student and its huge amounts of money for them to pay out when the issue is not fixed and the shop refuses to refund them. Its terrible how the shop gets away with this. It Seems from previous reviews this is an ongoing issue with in the shop. In fact if you look back at lowest ratings you will see many people have had same issue not sure why the rating is so high for this shop as its very misleading PLEASE BE CAREFUL as my sons iphone is now ruined . Shop please don't reply as you are not interested in helping people shame on you all

The two guys in the Eastleigh branch, sorry I didn’t get their names, I thought my phone was beyond repair but they fixed it and when it still had a problem they fixed it again without any qualms. A big thank you to them and they are a credit to the company and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Phoned the Cardiff branch. Was quoted £60 for replacement of back glass on an iPhone 12. Was told it would take them an hour. I took the phone in an hour after the call intending to hang around till it was fixed. They immediately bumped the price of repair to £85.and was told it would now take 4 hours. I went to collect the phone a day later. It was a messy repair, with glue apparent along the back edges. My daughter was having this phone and she looked at new cases. The salesperson told us we could have the case at a discount - from £19 to £15. The price tag said the case was £15. Irritating bullshit throughout my entire experience. No way to encourage customers to return to or recommend this shop.

Do not go to icrack they are one of the worst and unethical business around.

In the Barnstaple High Street store my brother went into the store to ask a price to replace his flip 6 screen and they asked to look and proceeded to pull of the current protector without asking voiding his warranty with Samsung. They then had the audacity to try and charge him to replace what they broke and got abusive when he said no.

In the Barnstaple store they also got caught selling vapes (smoking products) to children and after getting caught they carried on but told the children not to turn up in school uniform.

Very bad business.

Awful service, my new screen from them broke so had it replaced (had to pay) then it kept freezing and now has a bright line down the middle, no crack but they won't replace it and I wouldn't pay to have it done again considering 2 screens from them in 3 months have broken without being cracked.

Would never use Lichfield I crack again.

Popped in with my very elderly iPhone SE 2016, phone was nearly impossible to charge, gentleman spent a good five minutes digging the debris out from the Lightning port, all working & no charge, many thanks & hope to return for an upgrade in the near future.

AVOID!!!! Took my daughter's iphone to a have a small hairline crack repaired in the screen and the phone froze. I complained and they admitted they'd fitted a cheaper version screen. They fitted another one, and long story short, the phone is now permanently damaged. A phone specialist tells me they damaged the sensors in the phone. These people haven't got a clue. The worse thing is they push you to write a five star review in the shop while they are carrying out the work which you then can't take down as it was written on their device. £60 down, a six month old iphone destroyed and tricked into leaving a good review

The screen protector was wonky and just quite not right, so I removed it.
£70 for screen.

Never got beyond 1st in chat queue.

Fantastic service. Screen fixed within half hour. Excellent price too!

Would be 0 stars if I could - these guys took my phone to repair my screen and 6 weeks later, with me driving several times back and forth (paying fuel and parking) they told me they couldnt find the right screen so they'd give me my phone back, whilst they still looked for the screen (obviously keeping my money too!). When I got my phone back, a few hours later whilst out with my baby I realised it wouldnt call/text/internet - to call Vodafone and find out these people took my sim card!!!
Do not go to this company

I popped in to this phone shop on the off chance someone could advise on a problem with my iphone. The gentleman spent a good 15 minutes investigating and then finally sorted the problem! He was extremely helpful and no charge. Will definitely be going back

The guys at market Harborough are brilliant. I had a problem with my new screen that was fitted a week ago. I left it with them 2hrs later it was sorted it's now perfect and no extra charges friendly and knowledgeable. And not overly expensive. Nice one guys and thanks again 👍

A screw had fallen out of my computer and so it wasn't staying closed properly. I walked into iCrack and they took care of me right away! The whole process took five minutes...or less! Thumbs up!

Thieves! They took £20 to fix my samsung earbud case as the right bud stopped charging. He managed to get it to 40% but went back to not chaging next day. He said it was very dirty which wasn't true as I cleaned tham a week ago with cotton bud and isopropyl alcohol in an attempt to fix myself. I've been traveling so only got to come back today. I was willing to let him keep cleaning cost of £5 but wanted £15 back. He refused. The three of them smirked as I left the store. Avoid them. I question their ability to deliver on anything.
