I am very sorry but you have placed an order for France in the UK shop. The UK shop was shown without tax because of Brexit. You have to place the order in the ibkbike.fr shop and pay your country's taxes. Shipments to the UK have to go through customs and pay their taxes. We have sent you an email explaining all this information. Your bad score is because you don't want to pay a tax of more or less 5€, we don't think you have a justifiable reason other than to do harm. We have already cancelled your account.

Vous devez passer la commande dans la boutique ibkbike.fr et payer les taxes de votre pays. Pour les envois vers le Royaume-Uni, vous devez passer par la douane et payer leurs taxes. Promised delivery to U.K. in 10 days maximum, but after 11 days the bike was still with the local carrier. I aborted the purchase because of this.

Due to the customs process in UK and Covid-19 some shipments may be delayed.
We will give you approximate delivery dates, but we can never guarantee exact delivery days and even less with the current conditions in Europe due to the pandemic.
