Patient, effective and pleasant
Removal of impacted ear wax and brief examination of my ears on my first visit; a full consultation, ear examinations and testing session on my second.
At each appointment my questions received full and unbiased answers about ear care, hearing aids, after care and costs. All members of the practice were very professional, patient and friendly.

Always had excellent service from Daniel and the staff. Our appointments we re-scheduled twice but it still all worked out for us. Daniel is so lovely and caring and I would recommend house if hearing Galashiels without a se I d thought.

Quick easy and very professional
Previously I have always had ear syringing with the NHS. This involves an initial consultation, using ear drops for some weeks which results in total blockage, before the actual procedure.
One morning last week I awoke with a blocked ear, phoned The House of Hearing and was given an appointment at 11.00 that same morning!
The audiologist, Claire I think, in St Andrews was very reassuring and thorough. Both ears cleared of wax at a very reasonable price.

My first visit to House of Hearing in Lichfield for wax removal by micro suction. A 5 star service from booking my appointment from professional and attentive staff. Instant reminder of the appointment any reminder close to the date. The procedures were done by a professional and caring person, painless and comfortable procedure. No pressure or hard sell like Hidden Hearing. I would recommend House of Hearing 100%.

I had an excellent hearing test and…
I had an excellent hearing test and review with Kim at Knutsford on 30 July. Kim was extremely professional and thorough and very friendly . She went to great lengths to update my Opticon hearing aids and make them easier to use and adjust. The receptionist was azaleas very efficient and friendly. Top service !

The process was simple and explained thoroughly, staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. I will use again if I need to rather than go to my GP (who is actually an oxygen thief and don't get me started on the gate keepers there) overall a very good experience

NHS GONE PRIVATE
Having worn NHS hearing aids for a decade I was in denial that they werent sufficient for my day to day work-life anymore. I was struggling with everything- conversations, music, tv but wasnt keen on going private. However, I did and met Gavin and his lovely team in Hamilton.
Gavin was wonderful! Listened to my specific requirements, did a trial, tweeked as we went along.. Just picked up my new aids less than a week ago and going back for a review next week! Cant fault the care and attention. Is it worth it to hear properly again.. Absolutely.
