Very helpful, friendly and kind team. Everyone is very professional and makes me feel very welcome. Consulting rooms are clean and tidy and hearing test booths are well equipped.
I always leave feeling I can hear a bit better.

The service and treatment I received at House of Hearing was excellent. Nothing was rushed and genuine care was taken to do the job. I had visited other places for the same treatment previously. What stood out for me was that in comparison to those other places it was at House of Hearing in Hamilton that I received a thoroughly professional service. I’ll be going back in future.

From my very first appointment with Gavin, I felt immediately a bond of trust. Gavin has never tried to “sell” me any product or service. His advice is always tailored to my requirements but he will be forthright with me if he thinks it is in my best interest. Honourable mention must go to Pauline as well. Her cheery disposition and helpfulness make every visit an enjoyable experience. Trust me - they give very sound advice 👍

The team at Hamilton were tremendous. They went out of their way to help my housebound elderly mother when she developed problems with her hearing aids.
After months of hearing decline we were convinced nothing could be done as my mother was unable to attend the hearing clinic in person. However I was advised to take her hearing aids along to the audiologist who managed to completely restore their function . My mother is absolutely over the moon as she is now able to hear as clearly with her hearing aids as when she first bought them.

Aimee was professional and very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend

I purchased my hearing aids from House of Hearing Hamilton. The staff always go above and beyond in making you feel valued as a customer and respected. Pauline the receptionist is very supportive and a lovely friendly face whenever you hace any queries. Gavin the audiologist is extremely helpful solving any queries, completing annual hearing reviews. They also offer ear wax removal.

Explained what was happening and did a good job clearing my ears it was great to hear normal again .

After a horrible experience at a pharmacy in December to have wax removed, I have finally got hearing again. The experience was amazing, procedure carried out by Debbie and I will continue to go through House of Hearing in Hamilton from now on. Thank you Debbie.
