I can’t thank Tracey and the team enough for their care, patience and perseverance while helping my dad who has Alzheimer’s when he found it hard to understand what was happening and cope with the process. They explained everything many times, took their time and did their best to make it easier for him. I would highly recommend them.

Very thorough annual hearing check and test. Improved my existing hearing aids immensely. We were very pleased with Ashley our new audiologist who explained everything clearly and was very professional.

House of Hearing in Alderley Edge, what a revelation. Who knew hearing tests could be so relaxed and easy? From the moment we arrived with a warm welcome from Alison who my mum took to immediately. Lee the audiologist was so kind, warm and knowledgable. The advice given on hearing devices for my mum was first-class, delivered with care. The atmosphere in this office is so comfortable and welcoming. I have recommended house of hearing to a few people particularly Alderley as it was warm and friendly.

My husband had tried various hearing aids without much success. We went to House of Hearing and met Lee Thompson - an hour later it was as if the clouds had parted as my husband exclaimed that he could hear! and we know that we have first class service and a referral point that we can access at any time.
What a difference this hour has made to our lives

I have been to the Alderley Edge branch a few times now (for microsuction and hearing test) and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone is friendly, easy to talk to and professional. I like how the clinic team all work together (thank you Lee, Chris, Tracy and Alison) to provide the best possible service and outcome for its clients. I was also impressed how Lee picked up on the fact my tinnitus was bothering me during a hearing test and adapted the test accordingly. I would highly recommend this hearing clinic.
