Prachtig vormgeving en heerlijke geur.
Mijn parfum lijkt op een lipstick. Fijn dat het niet vloeibaar is.
De geur die ik koos heet fierce.

Klappkasst. Tyvärr.
Först och främst skickades inte produkten. Väntade typ en vecka efter beställning tills jag till slut mailade kundtjänst och frågade. Fick vänta lääänge på svar. Tydligen var doften jag ville ha slut men de föreslog WHISPER istället. Tog en vecka till innan jag fick försändelsen. Till slut.
Det luktar tantparfym och "tungt". Försvinner efter typ 3 timmar.
Aldrig mer.

Virkelig dårlig kundeservice
Jeg bestilte et sample sæt, men fortrød og skyndte mig at skrive en mail, hvor jeg annullerede ordren. Jeg fik en bekræftelse på dette. Så fik jeg en mail om jeg at sættet var udsolgt og først ville være tilbage til september, om jeg ville have rabat eller afbestille min ordre. Jeg måtte så igen bede dem bekræfte at min ordre var annulleret. Det gjorde de. Nu har jeg så fået en besked om, at min ordre er afsendt - vel at mærke med et andet ordrenummer og nu vender de så ikke tilbage på mine henvendelser og har heller ikke annulleret min betaling.... Det virker ret mærkeligt.

Really nice perfume, I am giving up the standard perfume. it was perfect for summer in France and It' super handy in a stick. I can take it anywhere with me. Love it

Not delivering products and no responce
I have ordered from heyingrid in July. After the package did not arrive (and the tracking didn't work, I asked them to refund my money because I have already waited a month. Then the said that they have sent another one, even though I did not ask for it. Now the package hasn't arrived either and nobody is responding to my previous inquiry regarding my package or a refund of my money. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. I usually like supporting small companies but this seems to me like a front from them to "excuse" bad customer service and not delivering.

Oseriöst företag? Bluff?
Har inte fått någon uppdatering om min order är plockad och när den kommer. Har mailat två gånger utan att få något svar. Har inte ens fått ett autosvar att vi återkommer inom kort. Känns som ett bluff företag??
Jag hoppas jag har fel men just nu känner jag mig grundlurad.

no reaction - no delivery...
I would like to say something about the product. But the lack of information and other reviews on Trustpilot forced me to write this review. I hope to recieve answers. I am waiting for my order since 10 days. No information or communication since I have placed the order. If you have a lack of stock - please tell me or give me options (refund of replacement). But hearing nothing is always frustrating.

No News of my order
I ordered a sample kit 2 weeks ago, still no news of the delivery when they announced a 7day delivery.
Tried twice to contact customer service but no response…
Would love to review the actual product but so far very disappointed with delivery and customer support unfortunately.
Update: got an answer a few minutes after this review, saying stock has run out.
I can see from other reviews this seems to be a recurrent thing …
Seems pretty weird when the order is already 2 weeks old !

Scent does not last
Took a fortnight for sample kit to arrive. All smell lovely but do not last at all. They are delicate scents when first applied and non existent within a couple of hours. Nice idea but a real disappointment. Sadly as they do not last I have wasted my money
Took until Sept 24 for Hey Ingrid to respond to review suggesting I apply scent to pulse points. This was exactly what I did but the scent faded rapidly so not long lasting in any sense

Hi Pat! Have you tried to apply the perfume to your pulse points (your wrists or behind your ears)? The wax binds with the warmth of your skin to develop the amazing fragrance! :)

Jag tycker att det är en riktigt bra produkt och fantastiskt att man får prova alla först utan kostnad om man sedan köper en produkt! Blir som att testkittet är gratis och man får en riktigt bra mängd också så att man verkligen kan prova alla! Jag kommer nog minst köpa två eller kanske tre!

Giftfri parfume
Jeg elsker duften og viden om at der ikke er alkohol og andet uhensigtsmæssigt for kroppen i parfumerne. Ville elske hvis duften var lidt kraftigere.

Dejlige dufte
Fra ordre til pakke kom frem, gik få dage. Købte pakke med duftprøver og med det flot rabat til køb på den eller de jeg endelig vælger. Er generelt ikke meget for parfume, men de her kan noget.

Exactly what I needed
Would definitely recommend trying the sample kit first. All scents are lovely, so you’ll definitely put them all to use.
I prefer the stick version so it’s not messy on the fingers.
Delivery for both packages was really fast, received in a matter of days.
If you think about it, it makes SO much more sense to put on a scent this way, than spraying water 😄 And the fact that it’s more nature friendly is the cherry on the cake. Will buy again! For sure!
