Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient. Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality... Leggi di più

I have now altered my rating as the company have provided a full refund for the failed delivery.
Notified that the pre ordered Xmas hamper will not be delivered as paid for today (Xmas eve) but will be on the next working day - 29th December - which is no good for a Xmas Hamper as a present! DPD emailed to say they had it in the system for delivery but Hampers.com messaged to say (at 4pm on Xmas Eve) that they had messed up with a small number of orders, so no doubt I am not alone!! I would not use these again - be warned. Order number SY3623287 for authentication. I paid extra for nominated delivery date - Message from Hamopers.com at @4pm Xmas Eve -
"We’re really sorry to let you know that the hamper you were expecting to be delivered today will now be delivered the next working day.
Unfortunately, due to an issue outside of our control, a small number of orders were not accepted into the carrier network as planned. As soon as we became aware, we worked urgently with our delivery partners to resolve this and ensure your order is prioritised for the earliest possible delivery.
We completely appreciate how disappointing this will be, especially if you were expecting your hamper today, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that your order is safe and scheduled for delivery on the next working day."

Ordered a hamper weeks ago to be delivered on Christmas Eve as it was the only day I was home for the holidays to receive this parcel…NO communication, NO update, NOTHING until 4pm today (24/12) stating “your parcel will not be delivered today, to be delivered on 29th.
Absolutely awful service, I recommend NOBODY uses this awful site for their hampers.

Ordered a hamper to be delivered as a gift. Company dispatched the item on time but were sadly let down by DPD who as usual took on too much work, over promised, and under delivered.
This aside the companies customer service did get in touch and did sort this out for me rather quickly. My gift did not arrive on time but this was out of their control. I have to give the company 5 stars as they kept their end of the deal and the customer service quality is high.
Its a shame DPD let everybody down in the chain, but we all know how bad couriers can be in the UK!!

Absolute waste of money. I paid a premium delivery for next-day delivery because this was a time-sensitive Christmas gift for a colleague. They took my money, promised delivery today, and then I find out it’s not arriving until Monday. The "customer service" is non-existent. If you actually want your gifts to arrive on time, shop literally anywhere else. They’ll take your £5 delivery fee and give you nothing in return.

The hampers are, lovely and great value for money. Appreciate that and would use again, however I paid extra for delivery on a given day and this was not met so there was disappointment, since rectified but all they said was it's time of year on couriers being busy and not there fault- don't offer the service then.

Unfortunately after ordering in plenty of time and picking a delivery date, the order is now two days late and will not arrive in time. I have chased with the company and no response and the tracker alludes to it not even being with the delivery company. Then I get an email asking for a review….
Following Hampers picking up the issue it appears to be more of a courier issue than Hampers itself. Customer service response was very helpful and resolved the issue. I would use this company again

For the 2nd year in a row, my brother in Canada sent me 2 hampers (ordered at the same time). Both years, the hampers arrived at SE13 6DQ at different times, meaning I had to wait in twice. (Why can’t the 2 boxes be sent out together to minimise inconvenience?!?) Both years, the first parcel didn’t arrive, meaning I wasted a valuable day waiting inside for nothing. This year, I spoke with Agent #1 at Hampers.com immediately after the DPD driver sent me a blank black screenshot (ostensibly my property) saying he tried to deliver (when tracking said he was 5 stops away). Ring doorbell confirms he didn’t show. Agent #1 said she would look into it and phone me back and she never did. Then I rang Agent #2 at Hampers.com who sent out a replacement, but she failed to cancel the first 2. Again, the boxes were shipped at different times, so I received 3 (instead of 2) but had to accept as I didn’t know which ones were gifted to me and DPD only recorded 2 out for delivery. The driver also said that DPD drivers like the one the day before sometimes send out blank nondescript photos to evade responsibility when they don’t feel like delivering. So I phoned Hampers.com again and Agent #3 then asked me to wait in a THIRD day between 9 and 5:30 to ship the duplicate parcel back after they and DPD screwed up (and I had to alert her to cancel the 4th parcel on the way so as to not be asked to wait a 4th day in). So where receiving a gift should have entailed a 1 hour wait indoors, I am now losing a THIRD day of my holiday time waiting indoors. This is in addition to spending many frustrating hours on the phone or with an unresponsive chatbot in a queue waiting for either Hampers.com or DPD to answer (DPD doesn’t respond at all; it’s a Chatbot feedback loop). Unlike the Hampers.com agents who seem to think that telling me that they “completely understand my frustration” and offering me a flimsy apology make everything better, I am not getting paid for the time that I have to spend on the phone or wait inside.
Hampers.com do a nice hamper but when receiving them means that I can’t plan to go out walking or visiting for 3 days of my holiday, I would prefer not to have the hampers at all. The whole episode has been a dark cloud over my holiday period - one that I wouldn’t wish for anyone else to experience. Giftgivers please beware! A gift certificate from a more reliable company might work much better. ☹️

Have over the years purchased many hampers from this company. And this year for Christmas is no exception. Ordered one for my mom, who is spending Christmas on her own, and didn't particularly want to celebrate. So purchased a small hamper as a gift. I paid for named day delivery. So I have spent all day checking with DPD is there is any news on delivery, so I can give her a heads up... They don't have my parcel. Quick (not very quick at all) with the chat box feature.. not very helpful at all either - if it isn't delivered today, it will be tomorrow... what's the point of paying for a specific date? The whole experience has left me wondering whether I should have just bought jars of jam from Tesco and dropped them off.

There’s a good choice of hampers. I wanted a non alcoholic one for my son and his wife.
Easy to purchase and to get sent to their address rather than mine. Also I hadn’t realised I’d had an email with 10% off my first purchase and when I queried this they very kindly refunded me that bit.
