Always a good service from Rgency Hampers. I've ordered three times and had to change instructions after placing the order for the third hamper. Customer service was great at communicating through email and on the phone. Great feedback from the receivers, too.

Beautiful hamper
A sent the Sandringham hamper to my best friend as a retirement gift after she had completed 42 years in the NHS (mainly in the stressful world of midwifery). The hamper was absolutely beautiful and she was thrilled with it. The attention to detail was incredible e.g the bow and the fabulous basket. The products included were exceptional quality and luxurious. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I ordered a fruit hamper for my mother…
I ordered a fruit hamper for my mother in law for her birthday and I was very disappointed to hear that half the fruit was mouldy, she contacted them to complain and they offered her 4 muffins. Dont order from this company, I spent a lot if money to get rotten fruit.

We were sorry to read your review and to learn of your disappointment, particularly as this hamper was sent as a birthday gift for your mother-in-law.
We take great pride in the quality and presentation of every order, and we always aim to address any concerns with care, discretion, and fairness.
Following delivery, the recipient contacted us directly and requested that we handle the matter with her in the first instance, without involving the purchaser. We of course respected this request and engaged with her accordingly.
From the photographs provided, the majority of the hamper was shown to be in satisfactory condition, with the issue limited to a small number of items affected in transit. We acted promptly and offered a range of suitable resolutions in line with our service commitment.
As a replacement fruit selection was declined, we extended a gesture of goodwill and remained open to alternative solutions throughout.
Following your review, we have since reached out to you directly as the purchaser. We remain available and willing to resolve this at your convenience.
We are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service, and to resolving any concerns with professionalism and care.

Customers service were very helpful too.
The only downside is that you have to pay a lot for express and it's per item - even though we spent over £180

The hamper was expensive for what I received.. thought the jars were big jars turned out to be tiny! Ordered cheese and grapes and they wasn’t there.. BUT they were sent the next day when I complained but that isn’t the point.. will not use again.

Overpriced and not worth the premium price
I would avoid as missing item, delivery late for a priority service and the items were very overpriced. Much fresher and cheaper to get fresh fruit from local supermarket as effectively it was like a few bananas, one orange, some grapes and apples. Nothing particularly different or special for the premium price being paid. Similarly the bakery items were just preservative based bakeries in plastic bags. Tastier and fresher to get a cake at local bakery. Avoid and spend your money better elsewhere. Be careful here.
