Hi,A referral on the 20/08/26 to Bupa dentist in Northampton 41 billing road put me in touch with a dentist in the miner surgery unit for the extraction of two teeth.After checking my medical records he proceeded to remove the two teeth in Question to my astonishment both of the teeth were removed within four minutes from start to finish that included the stitches.
I was amazed at the speed of whole thing and would recommend to anyone that has a dental problem plus the care of the dentist assistant I think her name a was Lydia a very caring Lady well done 10/10. BWalker .

First Class Dentist
A friendly, professional Dentist that removes the anxiety of any treatment.
The service is first class from the second you walk into the reception area, until the time you're ready to leave.

The service is great from the moment…
The service is great from the moment you book in with the receptionist. My dentist Mr Brown is amazing, we always have a laugh, which makes me feel totally relaxed. He makes going to the dentist a lot easier for me, plus he is a fantastic dentist very knowledgeable and caring.

I went for 2 implants and I was worried…
I went for 2 implants and I was worried about this, all the Staff put me at ease from the Girls on reception to the Dental Nurse with the Dentist. The process was done in about 1hour. The Dentist is very competent, I have complete faith in him. I'm very happy with my recovery, the day after my surgery they phoned me to check i was OK, I think this is a lovely personal touch.

I have been attending the Guildford surgery since I was a child - and I'm now in my 60s! The staff are all lovely - from the warm welcome to the excellent treatment this is a 5star experience. I am a huge fan.

I wrote the following to my local Bupa dental Practice: Before Bupa, the same dental practitioners worked for the previous companies, and I am pleased that you kept them on when Bupa took over... On a personal level, these practitioners know me, know the most sensitive teeth in my mouth and how to treat me with knowledge and not just by briefly reading notes on a computer about a stranger's mouth...
Had there been new faces and new routines...
I would not be with Bupa.
But! I'm still here, as I am sure many other LOYAL private patients are... so Kudos to you and thank you for not being a COLD-HEARTED COMPANY
