Great Service, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Efficient, Tidy.

We recently had both our gas fire and our boiler serviced. Byron did an excellent job. He was very thorough, professional and friendly throughout.
And its reassuring to know that Matt and Mark are always there and happy to help if you ever have any questions or need support.

From our first visit to the showrooms to the final fitting and commissioning our new gas fire, everyone was exceptionally friendly, very helpful, but completely professional in every respect. They certainly know the product, and the advice given was with the customer in mind and not another sale in the bag. We are I. The middle of the second heat wave of this summer, but we can’t wait for the colder days to come for us to truly enjoy the experience of our new gas fire. The fitters Jay and Cory were beyond excellent, making no mess taking away our open fireplace. The finish of the plaster of the whole wall, fantastic, and even took down our old sky dish whilst they were up the ladder to fit the new cowl. The next day we had Byron arrive to commission the new fire, another very nice member of your staff, he made sure we understood all the details and fitted the alarm etc. Do ALL your staff go to charm school? We have never dealt with such an excellent company, which has made a huge decision to take out our much loved log fire, very easy and just confirmed that it was absolutely the right decision, as we are 81 & 77 yrs old. Thank you, thank you very much indeed.
