From start to finish my experience with love my beds was great , couldn't fault it , i had asked several questions around the Dallas sofa on their WhatsApp chat they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful .
My sofa was delivered really quickly and i am extremely happy with it , the Dallas sofa looks great the quality is very good for the great price and we love the electric functionality.

Ordered my Dakota sofa and it arrived on the day promised. The two delivery guys, Sami and Miguel, were polite, friendly and really professional. They carried everything carefully, and took the packaging away without any fuss. Nothing was damaged, and the quality is great for the price. Thank you to both of them for making it so easy.

Was a little nervous ordering online without seeing the item in person, but after lots of research I took the chance. I'm so glad I did. The sofa is absolutely perfect. The colour, the fabric, the style is everything we were looking for. It's so comfy and the kids love it. Delivery was a breeze I got called to make sure the day suited me. It was then checked again a few days before. I was given a time slot and delivered right on time. Absolutely brilliant staff from ordering to delivery. Thank you so much!

Searched for the viral ‘Molly’ in green and found from this amazing company. Once confirmed as in stock and not preorder it was delivered in 5 days. Delivered on time with excellent communication and the lads even carried it to the back of the garden where the sofa sits in our summerhouse.

Had our alaya u shaped sofa delivered today and it’s even better than expected. The two guys who assembled it for us were so professional and quick! And they took the empty boxes with them which was a massive help. Extremely happy with everything will be recommending to others

I love my new bed! The quality is excellent and it was delivered with care.

The service was unmatched, I ordered this on a Sunday afternoon and this was delivered on the Wednesday. The customer service is brilliant, they contacted me on the Monday to inform me on the date of delivery and then contacted me the day before with an ETA. The delivery driver also called me when he was on his way and I was also able to track the delivery too.

Have recommended this company to my family and friends and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

My new sofa bed arrived in Torquay Devon yesterday. The gentlemen who unpacked and assembled it couldn’t have been more helpful. I love my new bed and I’m 100% happy I found this company.

There was a delay with the restock of the original sofa we purchased so was offered a free upgrade. Great communication with delivery details and assembly help (we couldn’t find one of the pieces that was inside the sofa itself). Would highly recommend and will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

I recently purchased a sofa from Love my Beds and there was an issue with my order. However, the staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, taking the time to sort everything out without any stress. I really appreciate their understanding and customer service. Being able to what’s app at 10pm asking if two different sofas where in stock and what the differences were between them was a game changer. Delivery guys were so nice and polite. Brilliant company, will use again next year when the extension is built. 🤝

After looking for a couch for the longest time, I came across the perfect one from here, that it turns into a sofa bed, it’s electric and perfect for movie nights. It’s so comfy. Absolutely over the moon with it, I can’t thank them enough, ordered in on a Friday was delivered the following Tuesday. I wouldn’t go to another over priced store again. Next month I’ll be buying one of their beds from their collection. Customer service 10/10 overall experience 10/10. Quality 10/10 Thank you again.
