I contacted Grandisson to arrange a gas fire annual service
I contacted Grandisson to arrange an annual gas fire service. They were able to give me a date and time which was convenient for me.
Byron, the service engineer arrived at the specified time. He was efficient and tidy. He was also able to inform me that Grandisson also provide boiler service and that if 2 appliances are booked in for a service, there is a discount on the second appliance. I had not been aware of this additional service, but will certainly be using it in the future.

Replacement Gas Fire
We have been looking to replace our existing electric fireplace fire (inherited when we moved house), and replace with a gas fire. We visited Grandisson show room, and the staff member was most helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make an informed decision. Gas fire has been ordered.
