Straight forward quotation process, easy to understand materials. Delivery was on time and easy to schedule, off loaded with a three tonne digger and straps. Commissioing included was awesome for me as a first time installer / self builder. Follow up and overall cost was highly competitive. Very pleased, will buy another one in the future for our main house!

Small order of a water butt tap and fittings but unfortunately although the water butt is a Garantia make the tap has a larger spaced thread and the fittings wouldn't screw so will have to replace the existing tap as its the hose fittings I really wanted to use.8

Not only from the visiting service engineer who was excellent nothing was to much trouble. He was clear and precise on what we had and what was next.
The commissioning lady was a delight and we had almost next day service. In this complicated world it's nice to know that you can still get top draw service.

We purchased a filtration system through their website and then found out that it might not be suitable for what we needed so I called them up and spoke to one of their advisers who confirmed this after going through all the details with me. I then called their main office to ask if we could cancel the order. They agreed to this without any quibble and issued a refund for the full amount paid. I cannot speak for the quality of the products however their customer service was excellent

We purchased a water butt for the garden, delivery was quick and it looks great in the garden. We have now decided, that we want another, but prices have gone up massively. In fact another £97. That's 33% roughly. I get that its coming into summer season, but its a lot money. Can you do a discount for a returning customer?
