I installed a rainwater recuperation system for our home from Graf. Fantastic quality with expert advice and customer service. Highly recommend Graf.

The Amphora water butt is a well made and striking feature in a garden or courtyard and it was easy to install. Delivery and ordering was straightforward, However, as the planter on top is not removable it is very hard to clean out and water can become stagnant.

Friendly advice from a real person over phone, and quick delivery. The water butt seems strong and durable - but only time will tell!

The water butt arrived promptly but the top tray was damaged we emailed about the problem and received a new tray within 3 days. Very good service

The raised beds were delivered promptly and well-packaged. They are well-engineered so very easy to assemble. I had a slight problem clipping them together to make them double height but second pair of hands solved that problem.

The woody wall tank 350L water butt
Unfortunately, my woody wall tank fell off its pallet before it reached my property, so I'm waiting for it to be installed, to make sure that there are no leaks.
I chose this item because it looked like its pale colouring would blend in nicely with my colour scheme.
However, when it arrived, it was not the colour as shown but instead it was more orange in tone, so this was disappointing for me.
The other problem is that you must make sure that you buy the correct diverter to go with this, as the tank does not have a lid and therefore you cannot access the inside of the tank. So in addition to the high price of the tank, I then had to purchase another diverter plus a hose pipe kit (to enable me to see how much water there is in the tank, as without a lid, you have no idea of its contents) So this added another £97 (I chose the more expensive diverter, with a filter, as without a lid, again, difficult to see what's in there, so I was thinking that prevention is better). Please note that it does say that you should not leave water in this butt over winter, due to the possibility of freezing and therefore possibly splitting the tank.

After a slightly company based start off the actual content was helpful.
