Affordable sturdy pots
I was looking for square, sturdy, affordable 0.7 and 1 litre pots for potting on seedlings and was really pleased when I found theirs. Good quality and will be used yearly. While browsing I took the opportunity to stock up on Perlite and Vermiculite and organic compost. Very happy with my purchase as it was cost effective and delivered promptly. Now receiving the weekly emails with interesting offers.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company. I had an issue with my order of a new propagation unit, courier only delivered part of the order. Helen called me first thing the day after the courier failed the delivery and had it sorted within 4 hrs. Great service and have ordered more products this week. Will continue to use this company.

A great experience
I had a great experience. My order was processed quickly, customer service was responsive and helpful, and delivery was fast. The heated propagator and light set were exactly as described. I'm very happy with my purchase and would gladly shop here again. Highly recommended.

FOUND A VARIETY OF ORCHID POTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE ( THEY ARE EXPENSIVE IN GARDEN CENTRES ) AND HAD I BEEN IN WOULD HAVE GOT THEM THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY DELIVERED THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND SERVICE. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am confused
I am confused. I ordered two items. One arrived. GHE have evidence that they packaged both items and the delivery van said that the package was ok and photographic prove that it has been delivered. I am down £35.99 with no product! I will not use them again.

Hi Rhian, sorry for the delay in responding, but I have been away and wanted to look into this on my return.
We are as confused as you - we sent you 2 products together in one mail bag. I have cctv of the bag being packed (which clearly shows both the box with the heat mat in it and the flat insulated mat) an image of the bag being left on your doorstep, still showing 2 products in the bag (the product you say is missing is clearly showing in the bag as it was boxed). However you say that when you opened the bag there was only the thin insulated mat, and that the bag had not been tampered with??? This is very confusing to us, as it is to you, as we can clearly see both products in the bag when on your doorstep, and you agreed that was your doorstep, but you assert the bag had not been tampered with by the time you opened it. Had the bag only had 1 product in it, it would have been completely flat (the image shows a box in it) and would have weighed significantly less than the weight on your delivery sticker, hence why we are so confused as to you saying it wasn't in there.
Just to clarify, you are asserting that there wasn't even a box in the bag?
I acknowledge your disappointment with us, however we were unable on this occasion to replace the product free of charge as the goods were shown to have been delivered and left as per your instructions.
