Very informative website that helped me choose my Sonos product. Competitive pricing plus my first order ‘10% off’ code and further benefits inc 6 year warranty made purchase a ‘no brainier’. Excellent free delivery choices and actual delivery/packaging etc gave a full 5 star experience.

I bought some normal3 earbuds from smarthomesounds and recieved a £10 discount for signing up which was very good. The earbuds arrive a couple of days after they were ordered in perfect condition. The earbuds are what i was looking for and sound very good. I would highly recomend smarthomesounds to anyone.

Turntable purchase
Contacted Smart Home Sounds a couple of times before eventually purchasing a turntable from them. The advice they gave was very helpful and the price I ended up paying matched anywhere else I could find. Delivery was quick and communication excellent throughout.

Visited the new showroom
Visited the new showroom to check compatibility of the Pro-ject CD box E and my Sonos Era speakers. Staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged a demonstration and made some technical suggestion that I had not considered. Very polite and helpful team.

Great website - order delayed
Easy to use website and simple checkout experience.
Unfortunately my order was not delivered next day as promised due to an "unexpected delay". No further info was given. Unsure if this was courier or supplier issue. But I was always kept up to date and my order arrived the day after. All good beautifully packaged etc.
Would order from here again.

The delivery of my headphones was very prompt. Communication was very good.
I am really pleased with the product. I have not used these type of headphones before and they work wonderfully. The quality is very good, they are easy to set up and the fit is excellent. For this price they are just what I wanted.
