We ordered a bark screening of size 4 metres x 2 metres from Woven Wood. A couple of logistics challenges but once solved the product arrived and we are really impressed with the quality and robustness of the screening. Put it up in today and it looks excellent, feels like it will be there for ever !

I pre-ordered a planter in March to be delivered 2nd week in April. I then received an email to say it would be delivered either 20th or 21st. Sent email this morning to ask for approx time of delivery and have just received an email to say it will now be the 28th. Very poor customer service!

Bought bark screening and then chestnut heavy duty paling fence roll. Both products surpassed expectations. Excellent quality. Will definitely use this company again and will be recommending them to friends and family. Excellent quality, value for money. Fast delivery and kept informed on when products arriving

Really impressed. Compost bin ordered at the start of the week and delivered on the Thursday. Very well packaged so that none of the end bits had broken off as often happens. Plan to buy another one soon!

Waited over a month for a planter which was then other delayed. Was told to expect the parcel today and had an email saying it’s been cancelled. Not happy! Now I have to try find another. Was also told they put through the order and expect it in the next few days to be told sorry it’s out of stock now!!! Do not order or pre order will be waiting months and see nothing!!!

Very happy with the large metal trough I ordered, great quality and price. Quick delivery and great service. This is the second item I’ve ordered from Woven Wood (first was a woven hurdle) and so happy with both, would definitely recommend.

I have bought several planters from woven wood all have been as good as what was advertised. I love the different colours and styles available. Will definitely be ordering more💕

The zinc planter with liner was marked as out of stock so I just ordered the two items separately. They both arrived a few days later, were very well wrapped, and look great. Woven Wood seem to have a great selection of different sized and shaped planters.

We have placed 3 separate orders over the past 2 months. The first was for 2 rolls of bark screening, which arrived within 2 days of purchase and were of good enough quality. We needed another roll to complete the job as we used it without pulling tight, so there were no gaps between, and it came within 5 days.

After a good enough experience, we thought we'd order some Hazel Hurdles, posts and ties. We placed the order on Thursday, April 2nd, and the order has only just been completed today. I understand there was a bank holiday in between; however, the website states, 'Order before 12 p.m. for delivery within 1-2 working days' and we have waited 10 working days (15 actual days) from ordering.
Not only that, but we called to ask where our delivery was, as we have had no emails or communication at all since the invoice/order confirmation. The first call was on the 13th, and miraculously, our order was apparently out for delivery that day. The driver handed a plastic bag (the ties) to my husband and said ''It says there's 5 items, but I can only find this, is that alright?'' My husband explained what we were waiting for, and he went back into his van to pass out the four 6-foot fence posts.
With still no more signs of our actual Hazel Hurdles, my husband called again on the 16th and was told they had been scanned at our local depot that morning and again would apparently be delivered that day. They didn't arrive but did arrive today (17th) in a sorry-looking state. I'm absolutely gutted I paid so much money for something of such average quality. They have an image on their website showing 'Woven Wood vs Competitors', and ours looks more like the competitor's photo! They are not properly capped, there are snapped and broken pieces hanging off, and if I had known they'd be delivered in a standard parcel delivery van where they are thrown all over and not cared about, I wouldn't have wasted my money.

It has been a stressful and disappointing experience overall, and I sadly won't return to this company for the other hurdles we were looking for.

Efficient service, easy to put together and feels robust.

I am really pleased with my Corten Steel planter. My order was processed and delivered quickly. It was straight forward to put together and is exactly what I was looking for. My only issue is the size of the liner that came with the planter. It is more of a bag that sits inside the planter rather than a liner, which in itself is fine if it filled the planter, but it doesn’t. The bag only comes about half way up the planter, which means unless you raise it up (not easy to do) you can’t see low growing plants. There may be a good reason for this but it was a bit disappointing that the liner did not fill the entire planter. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

Great choice of products especially in colours and sizes.

I had an issue with one of the planters and it was dealt with satisfactorily and promptly.
Would buy again.

GOODS AND DELIVERY AS PREVIOUS ORDER EXCELLANT TONY ELFORD

I would have awarded five stars it wasn't for my initial problem with the timely delivery of my order (dwarf Gala apple tree and marginal pond plant). I understand this was due to a technical issue with the website. The problem that had occurred was brought to my attention within an acceptable period. Due to this, Woven Wood refunded the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture, which was very much appreciated. I recognise that companies don’t always get things right, however what can truly make the difference between such online retailers, where this occurs, is how it responds to its customers. ‘Hazel’ emailed me in response to me raising an online query and I received my order within 3 working days. Both the tree and marginal plant were well-packaged and in very good condition. I am very pleased with my purchase from Woven Wood and I would buy again from them.

Disappointingly lacklustre follow-up when I twice reported that the order had not been delivered. Two and a half weeks later the order was cancelled and refunded, without an offer to despatch a replacement for the lost item or to offer an alternative product. I’d recommend sourcing an alternative supplier.

The bamboo screen arrived quickly and the price is good.
However the quality of the bamboo is poor.
UPDATE: Woven Wood accepted that the screen I received was not up to scratch, and replaced it for me with one that is fine. Good service.
