Odie Pet Insurance is a paperless company. We like to keep a small carbon footprint.
Also we are a reimbursement plan. You don't need a card. That's one of the benefits to being a member. Freedom to visit any vet.
I am writing this review bc I don't understand why it doesn't honor what the policy says
I am writing this review bc I have on my policy that dr appts would be taken care of such as routine care, however when I tried to submit paperwork for reimbursement it was denied. So I don't understand why it states that in the policy if they are not going t honor it. I might just cancel. Also, there is no way to communicate with anyone in person.
