Staff go above and beyond
Molly went above and beyond when I changed my mind about the tiles I had ordered. She kept me informed constantly and efficiently cancelled my old order and put in my new one.One very happy customer.

Extremely Helpful
Visited today to look for a new kitchen floor, John couldn’t have been more helpful, talking us through the pros and cons of the brands, along with the different types of installation, extremely knowledgeable.
Choice was in stock and delivery and fitting sorted for 14 days later.
Amazing service, very helpful, willing and all done with a smile and a couple of jokes along the way

I received great service at the store in Harrogate and the fitting was excellent
I received great service at the store and Paul managed to make a plan with sending Sacko to come and got my floors on a Sunday. Sacko was great and very professional . He worked solidly and the result is great.
