third flooring order…
We’ve just had our third flooring order from Floorstore fitted today. Always great service from Mike in store who has the patience of a saint, nothing is too much trouble. Simon the surveyor who is always on time and always ready to answer questions and give good advice. Great team of fitters today in Mark and Adam who took great care in fitting our carpet and vinyl to make sure it was fitted perfectly despite there being a few tricky areas and made sure everything was tidied up before leaving. I would definitely have them fit any future flooring for us.

Excellent service from Floorstone Leeds
Excellent service from Jonny at Floorstore Leeds and Vinnie and John from the floor laying contractor. We ordered Invictus Ultimus LVT in Majestic Oak in herringbone pattern. It looks great so very happy. The advice offered by Vinnie on how to look after our floor has been appreciated. The only negative was delay in the provision of the matching wood door and step plinth, but we were given temporary plinths and whilst it was provided a few weeks after the original fitting date I am very happy with the final result. Note: I understand due to the delays in getting these wood effect plinths Floorstore will no longer be providing these which is a disappointment as I wouldn't have placed an order without.

Poor at resolving issues
Very responsive during sales but less so with after care. Two fitting issues that we were left to resolve ourselves. I also like the LVT floor but the idea that it is scratch resistant is inaccurate.

We’re sorry to hear you feel the aftercare did not meet your expectations. In terms of fitting, this is carried out by independent contractors, and we always recommend raising any issues directly at the time so they can be addressed promptly.
While LVT is designed to be durable and hard-wearing, like all flooring it is not completely scratch-proof and can be affected by certain conditions and usage.

So we went to floor store and over…
So we went to floor store and over measured my flat because I knew absolutely full well I'd need to. Since we measured it for all rooms our bathroom was renovated so we didn't need to do the bathroom in my mind thinking we'd have enough now.
We managed to do two rooms and the hallway with one single plank left. So no kitchen area done.
4 stars because we paid off monthly and they were pretty sound people just didn't estimate enough I have no clue how.

Friendly, helpful service. That's why I've used Floorstore twice now for carpets and underlay. Plus their prices are very competitive. There is also free parking at their Leeds store.

Exceptional service and expertise
We are very pleased with our recent purchase of LVT flooring from Simon earlier this January. He is knowledgeable and kept us updated on the order and the delivery. Really great service from Floorstore
Really great service from everyone at Floorstore on Roseville Road in Leeds. They have a wonderful showroom with loads of choices (Real wood flooring, LVT, vinyl boards, beautiful carpets etc).
Mike helped us choose a floor within our budget for our living room and gave us time and space to review our options.
We booked a free survey to check our sub floor and to measure up, booked with a fitter quickly, floor was installed and looks amazing, whole process was so quick and seamless. They made it super easy from start to finish. Mike and his colleagues answered all of my questions and we really appreciated the teams kind help and expertise.

Friendly and helpful staff who responded very quickly to any queries we had. They provided a fast and efficient service and the fitters were also excellent. They did a great job fitting the carpets and tidied up very well afterwards.
