First charter was very responsive and on top of things. I used them for my Wedding for our guests while my wife and I had a different form of transportation. All it took was one form submission and one call and I had nothing to worry about!

The driver picked up at a very odd place on our property and several old people missed the bus and had to wait for the next circuit. There was no phone number to contact the driver on the receipt, dispatch didn’t pick up, somehow I ended up calling a manager at home. Not a great experience.

Amazing experience. Dena was on time and was able to get all of our guests that wanted to go to the after party over in two trips. The fact that they offer by the hour service was a god send. We had no need for the eight hour booking that most companies required. Thank you!

We reserved two FS buses to transport guests to a tavern after the wedding reception from 10pm-1am. The buses arrived promptly and were clean and warmed up on a chilly night. Both drivers were extremely kind and professional and knew exactly where to go even when we had to pivot on the venue. I would recommend FS Charter Bus to everyone!

This was my first time using the private shuttle for personal use .Our bus driver was amazing. She was so kind and positive during our trip. My son and his friends enjoyed his sweet 16 celebration. The bus was there on time for the pick up for the hotel. The reception ended earlier than planned and the driver was very patient as we were waiting for the last stragglers to show up.
