The buses arrived right on time…
The buses arrived right on time (actually I think 5 minutes early). On Thursday, August 8th we took all the campers to the amusement park in New Hampshire. The drivers were great with all the children (and adults too). I would recommend this bus company to everyone! You know they are great because we keep using them year after year!

Great Bus Drivers
Bus drivers went above and beyond for our event! Both drivers were communicative and were able to slightly modify their routes and drop-off points based on some logistical challenges. We really appreciate Terri texting with us before and during the event to keep us in the loop. Both drivers were safe and navigated the tricky Vermont hills and roads with professionalism and ease! We really appreciate them it!

Wedding Service
This service was amazing to use for my wedding, they were easy to work with and were always able to answer my questions. Helen was wonderful, she contacted me and my point of contact the day before my wedding to let us know she would be our driver. She was very prompt, making sure to get my wedding guests to my venue on time. It was a great experience overall.

The bus service was excellent
The bus service was excellent. The two buses arrived at the hotel at the designated time and delivered our guests on time for the wedding. They also were great at loading up all of the guests for the return trip to the hotel. Thanks much!

Our bus driver
Our bus driver, Kelly, was FANTASTIC! She was early which allowed us to leave on time. She was mindful of the trail of other school cars following her. She joined our students in their fun outing at the park (at my request) and made sure we arrived back at school as scheduled.
If possible, I would like to request Kelly for our future trips with First Charter Bus Rental-Kearsarge.
