The Booking experience was very helpful and complete regarding information needed and steps to completing the process. When we needed to update the reservation, the contact was again very helpful. The bus driver was wonderful and courteous and kind an respectful and extremely accommodating and safety conscious too.

We were overjoyed with our bus service. We had the most safe and good driving driver one could ever ask for and will definitely utilize First Student again.

The buses were one hour late. Second bus never arrived. Had to have my party go to the event on their car. I’m still waiting to hear back from management as they said theres an ongoing case. Its been a week and they havent called back.

We recently used this bus service for a daycare field trip, and unfortunately, our experience with management was very disappointing. The bus arrived 45 minutes late, which pushed us significantly past our scheduled field trip time and disrupted our entire day.

When I contacted the office, the woman I spoke with was rude and dismissive, showing little concern for the inconvenience caused. While traffic can certainly happen, there was no accountability or effort to communicate proactively.

That said, I do want to highlight that our bus driver was absolutely wonderful! professional, kind, and great with the children. They were the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.

Due to the lack of professionalism from management, we would hesitate to use this company again.

One of the busses left due to no guests being present at then time for arrival. Causing mass confusion as well as guests requiring to find their own means of transportation. I would very much appreciate at LEAST a phone call to discuss what happened and why.
