We used First Charter for our transportation for the bridal party of our wedding. They were very great with communication and coordination. Bus was on time and clean! Definitely recommend for a casual, affordable transportation option!

We went with the big ol' school buses for transportation for our guests. They were super responsive and were super easy to work with over the phone to resolve issues/add additional buses/ change addresses/ etc. Truly made it so easy to pivot as needed. Would absolutely work with them again.

Our students were left without transportation to a scheduled field trip. We were not able to contact your offices because all of the numbers went to voicemail. No one from your office contacted us about the driver not showing. This is has happened more than once. How will we know in the future if a driver will show up or not?

My now husband and I are glad we booked First Charter as our wedding guest transportation to and from our venue! We got married at Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA on September 26, 2026. First Charter’s prices were so much better than other charter companies we looked at and reached out to, and we were excited to have our guests coming to our wedding on school buses—we thought it would be nostalgic and a little bit funny to have everyone piling off the school buses in their wedding attire. The booking process was very easy, and everyone we talked to on the phone was very helpful, even with a last-minute catch of something that needed to be fixed on the trip itinerary. The buses were on time for boarding and departure at the hotel where we blocked rooms for our guests to our venue, and then from the venue back to the hotel at the end of the night, not to mention our guests loved the experience (which we expected they would) and were happy they could be taken to and from our wedding without having to worry about driving. We would definitely recommend checking out First Charter for your wedding transportation needs!
