Amazing service & went above & beyond!

We used the bus for transportation back and forth from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. It was an excellent experience. The drivers were very good - no jostling around the back in our formal attire. The driver was on time and very nice to our guests. Highly recommend using First Charger Bus Rental for any event.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and an Exceptional Driver!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this bus company during our recent group outing to downtown Chicago. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional, professional, and reliable.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing driver, Maria, who truly went above and beyond to make our day enjoyable and stress-free!

When a few members of our group had difficulty walking back to our originally scheduled pickup location, we needed to make a last-minute change. Maria was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating. Without hesitation, she worked with us to arrange a more convenient pickup location, making sure everyone was comfortable and safely back on the bus.

Her kindness, flexibility, and genuine concern for our group made such a difference. It's not often that you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the people they serve.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better driver! We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Thank you, Maria, for helping make our special day even more memorable!
