Made our wedding transportation seamless! We had some last minute changes due to additional folks joining the after party and first charter so was helpful at changing when needed and being flexible!

Booking was a lot of steps. However, the driver was on-time, friendly and flexible with our daughter's wedding party.

On time and fit everyone we needed

The buses quit running 40 minutes early on both days leaving riders stranded at bus stops. We paid a very large amount of money for our small festival for this kind of service. We had to figure out how to transport the people ourselves. We never experienced this kind of service when it was in Lawrence.

Shakeela is the best! We had many changes and last minute details, but she had a great sense of humor, very professional, and got the job done!

The dispatcher, the service, the drivers, all great! Just a wonderful experience dealing with all.

Great experience

It was an awesome experience!! The buses were right on time and got us to where we needed to go!! They were for my wedding and in the bus they put congrats to me and my husband!! Such a small but special detail!!

Driver could not/would not meet the party at the designated pick up spot and was rude

Robert was excellent. He was very nice and accommodating. The entire party was very pleased with his service.

Bus driver was very sour with our guests and seemed to have a problem with people who had been drinking riding the shuttle (even though that was the whole point of us hiring a shuttle). She was also rude to me, telling me I didn’t need to have as many shuttles as I had booked and paid for because few people were on the early shuttle leaving from the wedding. She seemed unhappy about doing the job we had paid the company to do, and she did what she could to make sure she soured our perfect night. She was on time and got people home safely, just with an unprofessional attitude.

Leading up to my wedding, First Charter had great customer service over email and over the phone whenever I needed to contact them! The shuttle service on the day of the wedding was seamless and the guests loved the school bus shuttle.

Our bus driver was kind and helpful. He arrived on time and was prompt and picking us up later. He was patient with those seniors who had difficulty mounting the steps.
