We had the BEST bus drivers for our wedding. They were on time, communicated well and were so patient with us. We highly recommend this bus company for all your needs but especially for your wedding day!!

The bus driver did not show up for our confirmed trip. Staff management is very slow to provide any response, refund, or customer service.

The booking process was both easy and flexible, and then the drivers were awesome. Price was also quite reasonable.

The drivers are fantastic! We use them as a shuttle service back and forth from two locations for an event. We have used their services for the past few years because they arrive on time and stay to make sure everyone has a ride back to their vehicle. Our event is extremely busy, and they are very pleasant and friendly all afternoon, even while dealing with many people! We will use them again and again!

Always a good value and experience

Our experience with this company has been consistently difficult and disorganized. The buses arrived late, and there was no communication or notification that they were running behind or having trouble locating us. We ultimately had to reach out ourselves to find out where the buses were.

Unfortunately, this lack of communication and organization has been consistent throughout our interactions with the company. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

Our driver, Chris, was great! We had a perfect experience for our wedding.
Would definitely use First Student again.

The final shuttle never showed up to the venue, stranding the bride, the groom, the bride‘s parents, the bride, sister and brother-in-law, her nieces and multiple members of the wedding party after we had to stay and break everything down

The bus was an hour late picking up. We had an entire school (preschoolers) and parents waiting to go on a field trip. We had a reservation that we almost missed. This was an extremely stressful day. Our school had to do fundraisers all summer just to be able to afford this trip and it was disappointing and embarrassing when the bus didn’t show up.
The original bus broke down which I understand things happen.
What really disappointed me was that not a single person from First Charter reached out to inform me of this. I had to call multiple times to inquire and get information.
This purchase was a huge expense for our small church preschool and I am hoping that someone from the company can help make this right.
I will gladly re-review if the company reaches out with a solution.
