We had a great experience with First Charter. They were easy to work with and arrived on time (if not early) on the day of the wedding for our guest pick up! Would recommend.

I was very happy with the service we received for our summer camp program. We had many trips and the bus drivers were always friendly and welcoming to our campers. Pricing was very competitive which was another benefit to partnering with First Student. We look forward to working together again next summer.

We are so glad we provided transportation for our guests on our wedding day! Having buses take everyone to and from the hotel gave us so much peace of mind, especially with the winding roads leading to our venue. The buses were timely, reliable, and made the entire transportation process seamless for our guests. It was one less thing for us to worry about on such a busy day, and we would absolutely recommend this service to anyone planning a wedding or large event!

From start to finish it was terrific. All of the schedulers were quite pleasant during my multiple calls. I appreciated their level of organization as I was planning a lot of moving parts and needed this to work. It was a school bus which was a bit of a surprise. Wonderful driver too!

Our driver Kevin was so good to us. He is very kind. We know he is going to safely get us were we are going safley.

The booking process was seamless, and the representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Protocols for Fog Day or any bus cancelation for charters that are not grade school or high school related were not communicated at all. Buses were cancelled - communicated through radio. When the bus did not show up, we assumed we were grouped in with the rest of the school bus users - fine. Buses were running in the afternoon - we figured that was our charter as well. I called to confirm, only to find out our trip was completely cancelled for the day. Left me scrambling at the last minute to get students that we had drove out to the event back to the school. It was never communicated to me that our entire trip was cancelled.

We got to our location safely. The bus was good. And our driver was very polite and attentive.

The company was very easy to work with, all the employees were pleasant and helpful. The buses ran on time and kept me informed on their arrivals.

The initial shuttle drop off was a bit late delaying our event and the evening return shuttle dropped people off at the wrong location.

Our bus driver was an excellent driver and her directions to students were clear and direct.

The bus was on time (actually, early!) the driver was courteous and drove safely.

We had the BEST bus drivers for our wedding. They were on time, communicated well and were so patient with us. We highly recommend this bus company for all your needs but especially for your wedding day!!
