Second bus didn't come with first
Second bus didn't come with first, no reach out about it being late. One person said bus didn't start (mechanical) driver said he was stuck in traffic. I ended up calling and the manager? I spoke with was very nice and understood.I shared that we were now going to be 45 -60 minutes late and miss first activity of a VERY expensive field trip to LG.

Issue with Driver
The booking process was simple, which I greatly appreciated. When I called to ask questions, the operators were friendly and helpful. However, our driver somehow got lost on the day of my event, causing my guests to be late to my wedding ceremony. One of my guests had to direct the driver, and told me later that the driver did an unsafe three point turn in the middle of a county road. The added wedding day stress was not necessary. I will say that at least the driver was on time for both pick up and drop off.

The person I spoke with to make the…
The person I spoke with to make the reservation was kind and very helpful. Our bus driver arrived at our school early and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only think I think could be improved is the wait time on the phone. I had to wait quite a while and then the automated system hung up on me with a message that I would be called back. I have a very limited amount of time during the day so this part was stressful. The people I spoke with were great!

Bus didn't show for 45 mins
The bus was doing two pickups for a wedding. A small group was staying at the first stop and decided to drive. Bus the bus never called or departed on time to head to the next location. And then we had to call to track them down and they were over 45 minutes late to pick up guests at the 2nd stop. Our wedding started an hour late and we missed our cocktail hour due to this.

Preschool Field Trip
We rented First Charter's bus for a preschool field trip and it was a great experience. The booking process went smoothly, the bus was perfect for our needs, the driver was on time and drove safely. Greatly recommended!
