What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. Steve Cook and Scott Armstrong attended today and they were very professional and courteous. They communicated well before they arrived and talked me through the job step by step while they were here and made sure everything was set up and working before the left leaving me reassured.

Amazing service. Jonathan dealt with our enquiry really quickly, setting up our service properly as we didn't complete our set up correctly our end. Doing this behind the scenes for us was so helpful. Working remotely and near the sea I was concerned that we would have issues with our internet service when we moved home. Internet speed is really fast with no issues. So happy I chose them as a provider. Delighted with service.

In the 3 and a half years I’ve been with FibreNest, I can honestly say I’ve had 1 instance of downtime, but this was due to the cable being ripped from my house by site builders. Service has been flawless, always hitting stated speeds and very stable. Customer service have been excellent when I’ve contacted them and Zoe Wilcox was particularly helpful when I cancelled the service due to moving.

I had an outage on a Sunday afternoon and when I contacted customer service my Internet was back up within 15 minutes. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

I have spoken to several customer service operators at FibreNest but two in particular were very helpful, they are Akinlolu and Thais. They were very patient in explaining how plans work and helping me chose a more up to date plan.

The service from Mikolaj was outstanding. My Internet went down around 7pm, I popped an email, and in 15 mins he called me. Clear instructions about adjusting the router and then call back half an hour later to check all okay.
What a refreshing experience to get much customer service.

A polite, knowledgeable and patient customer service agent resolved the issue for me. It required a new cable being sent out but it was sent out quickly.

The customer service & team that can help you get back online are really great. Jacob Lockart & Esther helped me setup a new router (AdTran) sent out when the original Linksy started failing and it was all resolved very quickly. Everyone I’ve spoke to at FibreNest has been extremely knowledgeable and their customer service practices are top notch. Long may it continue.
I just wish they charged a fair price to people who in good faith bought a house on their developments and were advised the cabinets / cables / fibre would be open to other companies to takeover which was not true, so we are monopolied into paying outrageous and a 2x or 100% tax on similar open market packages (in the North East mind you, I know who lives there?!) because we decided to trust this developer with our forever home.
